    I love how you are impressed by your ideas. I like that you point out mistakes or things you could have done better. This is why I keep coming back each upload. Great job! Happy hydroponicing!

      I came to say the same thing, the little snickers at the surprise of it working is one of the things that keep me coming back, like a kid in a candy store discovering new treats!

    Hi there, I am Jaime from Chile... I've been waiting so long for you to start experimenting with vertical in the green house. 2 suggestions:
    1) bring the water to the top right away outside the towers and put small rubber tubing like on your duch buckets, that way you have enough preasure for a lot more towers and
    2) don't tell me you run out of rain gutters! Put some kind of rain gutter on the bottom so you can slide the towers. Seedlings use a lot less space than full grown lettuce or herbs or strawberries and to give full use to those awesome cups with s-hooks.
    Can't wait to see what you do next, love your channel

    Good job mate like your work. I kind of do the same. I wing it and design it as I go and surprisingly it matches the picture I have in my head. I can see you almost do the same. You know what you want it to look like then you just start making it without a written plan. My wife does not understand how I do small home projects without a plan. That looks awesome.

    I just started mine up and my seedlings are dying. But I had my pump running 100% of the time. I suppose the timer is critical to allowing the rockwool time to dry out? Love your channel man!

    Did you see the solution for the netcups from "all your tech" how to building a 3d printed hydroponic garden. Also the netcoördinator are printed with a "bajonet locking system". Waiting to see more. Would like to see a video : if you may make a garden again for the rest of your live witch systems would you use?

    Ripper idea mate, but i feel like this could be a bit more accessible without the 3d printer, by adapting or modifying other pvc parts. End caps, reducers, smaller diameter pvc pipes etc
    Maybe a follow up video with that in mind would be nice.
    Other than that keep up the great work 👍

  • @franzb69
    @franzb69 2 роки тому

    Or you can buy the pipe, slit a hole in it with a saw then use a heat gun to soften it up and use a bottle to open it up and shape it into a hole for a plug. Cool it down with a wet rag so it doesn't sag too much and there u go. No need to print anything.

    Hey Hoocho, loving your systems, and planning on using them in my very small back yard, can I ask a quick question, when you have 6 vertical pipes connected how long does a 100 litre reservoir last, I am just trying to plan how I refill it and how often?. JOined up on Patreon and looking forward to getting my 3d printer to work :)

  • @josephlarsen
    @josephlarsen 2 роки тому

    would love to see a new design where we just feed the water through the top instead of through the middle of the system. That seems like unnecessary complexity. Also seems like you only need 1 or 2 rows instead of all 3 since the sun is only going to be coming from the 1 side. Otherwise I'm looking forward to trying this out
