I’ve had the same luck as mike with the alba crusher pros, cracked 2, and completely broke one last week on a roll on big smith. Alba did send me new centers. Probably going back to the og crushers.
Use an air hammer or hammer drill to easily remove roll pin . Had mine out 4 times and still use roll pin. Then you don’t have to remove actuators. Also spring is not pushing collar out , it’s not letting it seat all the way in when engaging. Always when putting in 4wd lock , let accelerator off and on before hitting gas hard so there is free play in locking collar , then it easily goes completely into the groves
Good build video guys. It’s something I enjoy doing the most right now. I hate working on cars. Won’t even change my own spark plugs, but I’ll tear down and rebuild anything on my sxs.
On my pro xp is definitely easier to get out. Mine has the front sub frame to drop and it comes right out the bottom after taking the winch and a few other things off
I bought a ball joint tool from harbor freight...very notch I Ground it out to fit upper and lower ball joint plus tie rod. If interested in idea reach out and I will send picture
Also make sure Mike is using Pro R blend front diff oil by Polaris not there standard front diff oil. The Pro R has 3 or 4 wheel drive why they use a different blend oil
After putting 2 very hard rides on this pro r after we filmed this, this "EZ steer" 400watt was the perfect move. Doesn't even think about knocking out of your hands, I can smack rocks and don't even feel them now, not to mention I can actually steer now and not fight it being in a bind. Much better driving experience. Highly recommended

Air hammer with a small punch blade will shoot it right out every time. Good video
I just put a second power steering on mine and it helped a lot almost zero feed back
Air hammer on driveshaft roll pin pop it right out.
We just drilled it out, hammering this out mushroomed it unfortunately
Great info !! Thanks for sharing
You do it enough it, it gets easier I promise 😅

What metal FX wheels were you running that weren’t strong enough? 17s?
I am running 15" on the new wheel and the old wheel. Delta was the old model, the new model are Hitman style KOH
I've got a 24 does the same thing. It has jerk the steering wheel on my hands a couple times
