For a while this pokemon episode was banned, but later it was re-edited and used. In this video I do show the original banned clip, but I'm sure those of you who have Photosensitive epilepsy will be smart enough to skip it :)

I've had seizures playing Final Fantasy 1 and Earthbound, but not from this. I'm also drunk so that's like +10 immunity in a fantasy game so....
I don't feel pain in my eyes when watching the clip, but I do feel discomfort in my eyes. What were they thinking?
Haha, I know right? I don't have seizures either, but watching the clip is definitely not a pleasant experience at all (probably even more so for the kids)

@@Rokasleo because laptop, slim TV, phone are prevented the screens this shows. If you use a old fat TV. Your eyes will attack you

I checked it out online now. Seems like a strange case. What associations specifically did come up for you between this video and the Bjugn Affair?
@@Rokasleo First association that came to my mind is mass hysteria/psychosis. Bjugn Affair was thoroughly investigated with all suspects acquitted. I suppose that in smaller communities people tend to know each other better thereby contributing to spread of rumors.
@@dymytryruban4324 Good point. I might continue to look at it in more detail. It also reminds me of the movie "The Hunt". I wonder if it was inspired by the story, since it's a Scandinavian movie I think.

Nintendo does not own Pokemon. They just publish the games.
You are correct! Sorry for the mistake and thanks for letting me know :) Turns out Nintendo owns around 33% of the stock. Then Nintendo also seems to own one of the other three share holders "Creatures" which raises that percentage a bit more too. But from what I just read it seems that Nintendo does mainly take care of selling games.
