the exercise for knees and lower leg titled as kundilinei shakti vikasak to the best of my knowledge as a trainee of shree Dharendra brahchari @ katra should be tittled pindlee shakti vikasak.Kundlini is the shuksma energy traversing in the whole spinal column, brain stem and the brain is my understanding fro the course I took in 70s.
