damn, i am so jealous. such a creative idea
I agree... this is brilliant!
I have that exact print on my t-shirt
shusako, check him on instagram.
Words can't even describe how in love I am with this piece. Wow.
The video provides next to no information on collab tattoos, how to get one, what to consider, tips for design, etc. Just a few pretty generic words and a little on the one particular tattoo.
Exactly why I disliked it. What a clickbaity title, this wasn't useful at all.
Avihoo and his girl are one of worlds top tattoo artists. Maybe under the top5
Hey can we get a video on how different artists hold their tattoo machines and why?
Josh Benoit why do you hold a pencil the way you do? It’s all just preference.
Waw, it's so small... I thought from the thumbnail that it would be much bigger
Me too 😲
Same
Apparently the man had no saying. 🤣🤣 I was actually waiting for what he had to tell about collaborations. 😂😂
He can't speak english
@@100daniel1001 subtitles are a thing
Seen T-Shirts with that design in 2018 already. 🤷🏼♀️
But other than that, it turned out super beautiful, nice work 👌🏼
That tattoo looks cool, hopefully it holds up after a couple years...
I hope so but it looks like it's done with muted colors so maybe it doesn't look bad like some really bright colorful tattoos
had that picture as my phone background for months now.
OMG OMG OMG EDIT!! AHHH I'm so so happy to see her here!! Lit one of the best Israeli tattoo artist out there! Lots of love!
I was waiting for him to say something and i realized the video was over
lol but the art is completely stolen, how ironic... the same design has been going around tumblr for literally years 🙄
i was looking for this comment lmao. finally someone says it 🧐
So....?
aaa i love edit paints so much
The best tattoo artist on earth , ever.
The tattoo artists are serious talent the tattoo looks amazing
This is NOT an original design but a COPY. There is T-shirts on Amazon with this design from august 2019 and i bet the original is even older than that.
Max Zero I thought that when I saw it.
the fact that it's from Pulp Fiction is mentioned in the video, the collaboration isn't the design but the style of the tattoo.
Kay19 K yes obviously it’s from pulp fiction, but the actual design is not original.
Best tattoo on this whole channel
I have a t shirt that has that exact design on it that I’ve for years, credit the artist
@8:22 .... Touching an uncovered power supply with your gloves.... Nice.
wait, why no gloves whilst touching the caps in the beginning?
So awesome ! Amazing skills guys
So I have a dumb question in general.. would it be acceptable if a person came into an appt with a small stuffed animal to squeeze during the tattoo process? Just wanna know peoples thoughts
ace 1939 I think a tattoo artist would prefer that rather than you squirming and or yelling 💁♀️
As long as you dint squeeze with the body part being tattooed yeah
That looks bloody fantastic 👍
Gorgeous work!
I would pay a lot of money for a piece like that !! Awesome !!
Tarantino would be proud
Her instagram its amazing!!!!!!
I really like that idea. Great piece.
I need one
כבוד לישראל!! ❤
Do they pay double?
Cool concept.
Cool tattoo
Wow 👌
I guess inked liked norm enough to feature him on the page but once he was gone not a word. Not even a "best of" segment
Genial trabajo! Saludos desde colombia 🌎🔥🔥🔥
We can assume ur saying great job and blessing from Colombia but i work with Hispanics all day most ppl wont be able to tell so maybe learn English if u like what we do. Its about respect . if i moved to mexico or was watching mexican videos id learn spanish
@@puprilla what's up with You... What a stupid comment. Aprende español, angloparlante. Tu inglés no reina el mundo
10 years that yellow is gone
If I don't have to get my tattoo touched up until 10 years later?? I'm happy
It honestly depends on the ink, pigment saturation, skin reaction, white blood cells, etc. It's going to vary from person to person. I have a yellow tattoo that has held up very well for the last 3 years. Still looks as good as it did when I first got it.
But I don't tan and take pretty good care of my skin.
@@jellie1188 yeah, it honestly just all depends on numerous factors. Certain parlors use different inks and some inks hold better than others. The place I go to uses top quality ink that's vegan and super highly pigmented. So all my colours look fantastic and have held up really well. I know eventually I'll have to get them touched up, but honestly.....they've lasted 3 years.......so I'm happy with that. Any longer is a bonus.
@@jellie1188 yeah, the girl who did my first colour tattoo (with the yellow) was the second tattoo parlor I've ever been to. And she's the one who does all my tatts, now. Love my Morguen Knox. She's done fantastic work and her style really suites me.
@@jellie1188 not saying its a bad tattoo its great work just in my experience yellow that light never holds too long
How do I find that picture
Beautiful tattoo, too bad it’s not bigger.
You should get frank Iero to talk about his tattoos
Wow
I will recognize an israeli accent everywhere♡♡
Ugh it's so crazy how much she looks like my friend it's bizarre!!!! (she is @intergalactiane on Instagram)
It’s pretty small...is a collab even worth it at that point?
It's small but it takes along time because it's a realism tattoo. Edit works in Tel Aviv, Israel (which is where I live). My friend had a tattoo of this size done by edit and it took four hours
The female tattoo artist looked like Kim Kardashian before all the surgery. You know when she was pretty.
Pretty small for a collaboration tattoo

REACT TO REY MYSTERIO TATTOOS
tatto
That's a dope tattoo but would've been better without the boxing around it and if Uma Thurman's face was just fully integrated into the original religious image.
Maybe, but the whole point of the design is the sort of yin-yang juxtaposition between an image of a weeping Virgin Mary and an image of the wife of a crime boss overdosing on heroin, where the only overlap is the expressions of pain on their faces. You lose a lot of that visual symbolism if you merge the two images seamlessly.
I completely disagree
can we get back to actual tattoo styles like new school, dot work, etching, trash polka, realism, portraits. Collaboration is not a style
but collabs are cool
The concept of collaboration isn't a style on its own but when two art styles come together the result is definitely a new art style. I think even making the video in the first place is good information because a lot of people don't know collaborative tattoos are a thing.
Jay G. I completely and respectfully disagree. You cant go to an artist that specializes in collaborations like you can go to a Japanese, black and gray or realism artist. collaborations are such a individually unique thing that it cant be a style bc it can either be anything or something so specific that each piece is its own category. I see the purpose of these videos to educate people on the different ways tattoos are done to help educate and expand peoples tastes. Pieces like this are cool but cant be recreated or help inspire someone’s idea for their next piece
@@chrisbrandstedter4598 Maybe it's not a style of *tattoo* per se but it is a style of *tattooing* which makes it worth a video of its own in my eyes (the way stick and poke got one despite also not being a specific cohesive style of art), and I disagree that this video couldn't inspire someone's next piece. Being made aware of an option you didn't know you had can open a lot of doors for different concepts that one artist alone might not necessarily be able to render as well as two artists working together could.
Jay G. I think you’re overestimating the availability of a Collaboration tattoo to the average person. Finding and artist that is willing and actually works well with others would be difficult enough let alone 2. Im not saying people cant work together but finding 2 people whos vision can mesh into one would be difficult unless they had prior experience working together. I dont think the stick and poke video should have been a style video either i think calling this collaboration and stick/poke styles misleads people. Not saying they don’t deserve videos but definitely under a different pretense. I honestly dont think having it be a collaboration offers much added value anyways if you truly do your research and look over as many portfolios as possible you can most likely find an artist that meets in the middle and can regularly produce what 2 people coming to meet in the middle would🤷🏻♂️ just have to be patient and willing to look/travel
Nope
Its cool but its so small. Just have 1 artist do it. Wasted collaboration imo. That was a 1.5 hr tattoo. The point of a collaboration is to get twice as much work done in the same amount of time. Not to dirty up 2 machines and have to pay 2 people for a standard ass tattoo.
1.5 hour tattoo? You have no idea what you’re talking about...
They’re both very talented but lack basic cross contamination knowledge. I’ve seen them take their laptops off the floor and place them on sterile setup in a shop :/
Are people as strict/knowledgeable in Tel Aviv?
@@H0n3yMonstah id hope so. The customers health is 1000x more important than the tattoo itself.
@@honestlynate7922 but some countries just don't have the same level of health and safety ingrained into the working culture. I think things are pretty well regulated here in the UK, but are things regulated equally state by state in the US?
@@H0n3yMonstah from what I've seen yes. Like tlv not us .
@@H0n3yMonstah I'd hope so, as I'm getting a tattoo in their place in less than a month. We do have regulations, I assume. But I don't know what their work ethic is... The place is well known, not considered sketchy and was recommended by plenty of my friends. From what I've seen tattoos are very popular here and there are plenty of tattoo places like this so I assume they should know, it's not obscure here....
first!
No, Noah beat you by 2 minutes.
