I left my new grapes out in the hot Sacramento heat for a day and went to work. When I came back I thought they where fried but I gave them some water and put them in the shade and a couple weeks later they started growing again. I planted them and took care and they are doing great. Never give up.
Wow! So glad to have found you through Jennifer from the daily connoisseur. You are fantastic and I appreciate your efficient delivery. Right to it and super great info🌳🌴🪵🌱🌿🌿🌲
I have revived many a plant. When I go to Lowe's I always look at the adoption racks (discount rack) many of them are in pretty sorry shape. As you say the trick is to evaluate them to decide if they are worth it. Are they dead or mostly dead? If you don't have trouble babying plants you can get quite a bargain!
Thanks for the tips! But I still don't dare to prune the dying/dead leaves off my Boston Fern that I'm keeping indoors in the hopes that they might wake up. I put some fertilizer in before watching your video. Should I re-pot? I see some new shoots of stems peeping out of the soil. What do you think?
I bought these EXACT blueberry plants from a Grocery Outlet on clearance and they look like yours. I was staying on top of watering but the peat wouldn't absorb any water, I had to soak them in water for a couple of hours for them to bounce back but I dont think they liked that because they look worse :(

The "give them some water" perk up is the best ever. Some plants (like trees) take longer to turn around. So glad you caught it and nursed them back!
Thank you! Hoping the fig tree I completely forgot to water and left in direct sunlight will come back to life.

Awww, I'm glad you did! I appreciate the encouragement 😊

Yes!! My biggest problem is not killing them through inattention and neglect after I buy them 😂
Good info … 👍🏻 … I shop the ‘death row’ at the rear of the local Lowe’s and with some TLC those plants are doing just fine 🤠
That's so good!

Would you prune in November in zone 9 or wait? The plant is still in the pot
You can either prune it now, or when fully dormant (if not already). You trees are more resilient in this respect

These plants were a STEAL at Grocery Outlet ($8-10). The tiny pots just need so much babysitting to keep them alive
Here from the DC
Welcome, MJ!
