Yes, there were toons who were not very developed, but the strongest Skelecog was around a Level 5.

***** I will restate: The purpose of Operation: Storm Sellbot is to encourage younger Toons to experience the VP.
This is primarily attempting to also encourage Toons to develop their Gags for stronger challenges.
Yet, there aren't many "new toons" within the game, so making this event a success will be a challenge, which I'm looking forward to. :P

This is going to be a toontastic event! I can't wait for it!
One request: don't make the cogs only go up to level 5. There are already enough Hollywoods with only one maxed gag in the game as is, and we don't need a plethora of those. Other than that, rental suits and other things of that nature are good. I just don't want this game going in the same direction as TTO.
How about making the game determining the difficulty of the factory by reading all toons' laff and averaging it or something like that? It would be impossible for a toon starting Sellbot HQ to make it through a bunch of strong cogs there. Same thing could be applied to other HQs.
Fumbledorf That sort of thing already does happen, but it's based on suit type (e.g. if your group is almost entirely cold callers, you get mostly level 7 cogs, and a group of hollywoods mostly gets level 11s). It'd be neat to see something based on laff instead though, and with an easier difficulty available for the little rental toons.
Toontown Jessica I only have 51 laff so this actually wouldn't be such a horrible idea.
Toontown Jessica The only problem I could see with that is ubers would have an inherently easier time. But it would be pretty hard to have the game make a judgment call between laff and gags so I don't really see a solution to that.
What I'm worried about is if new toons who just joined will got here and start begging to join. And I don't mean 40-50 lag toons, I mean 15-30 toons who don't even have a level 4

Could this lead to the VP's revenge that creates a mover and shaker invasion that won the best toon saddening streak in history thus making the VP promote the mover and shaker's field offices like in TTO? Cannot WAIT!!!

Will their be another opertion like storm lawbot, cashbot, and bossbot.

So rental suits won't replace cog disguises correct? How does this all work? I'm not sure if I remember this from TTO. Then again, I didn't go in SBHQ very often :D. But of course, I do now seeing how important it seems to be.

Well, lucky for me this isn't a problem for me. Though the VP better be ready. Even though he never is most of the time. He just thinks hes safe from all Toons with his 'security' even though Toons have passed through it so many times..
On the other hand. I am guessing The Chairman will give me some cogbucks for discovering some of the Toons secret plans. All of them being so wacky and careless makes it easy to uncover these things.
So is storm sellbot going to be in 2016 because I only started in 2016 and didn't get to do storm sellbot yet if so when in 2016 will it be happening?
