[TTR] What happens when the Silly Meter maxes in the VP?

Footage from 14th March 2019, of the first re-run of the Silly Meter maxing event. In this video, I captured footage of the entire exclusive cutscene that plays when the meter maxes when you are in the VP battle. This cutscene will never be available again after this date.

If this happened all the time, It'll probably get annoying very quickly for those in the VP especially if you were about to get a good SOS like Flippy.

unfortunately, nothing happened in the other HQs! we almost went into a CFO before a bunch of the staff came and told us on the TTR Discord we'd only see something in the VP.

actually, you DO get the SOS, and the promotion. this was a one of a kind event and we knew what we were getting into - it was never a regular vp run!
