1967 Lincoln Project Update 19 Oct 23 Dash Work and Steering Gear Work

The goal here was to finish removing the steering gear. Didn't quite make it. But I did remove large parts of the dash and the steering column....

Sorry I misinformed you about the grounding strap. Obviously, by 67 they had found another way to ground the horn button without going across the rag joint and also having a ground strap from the steering box to the frame. Frustrating day for you it seems but it will get better.

Not a problem! Although I was a little frustrated, that's pretty normal when working on these old cars. I try to keep the long term goals/progress in mind.
