Oh your so lucky I've been wanting one of those motors. Three washers I've salvaged so far had the old style motors. But they were the top load models I'm guessing that had something to do with it
Fisher & Paykel, newer whirlpool machines and most Samsung and LG washers have them. Find a spec sheet and you want one with direct drive. Check local junkyards, free section of classified ads, or friends and neighbors.

How to identify between brush and brushless machine ? Is it on the label?

Good work. But you did not find the “motor driver” and that was actually the treasure. The motor driver is more expensive than the BLDC motor.

Torque depends on many things such as voltage/amperage, phase advance, rpm, etc. I'll try to find the info but not sure how much luck I'll have.
