HaHa Billy! If I lived in Arizona, it probably wouldn't be that rusty. I'm over here in NC! Have a good one!

Hello, good morning, I am contacting you, to be able to comment on the following situation that occurs in my vehicle, it was presenting an electronic problem, without knowing I changed the battery, and nothing, I went on to change the alternator regulator, and well, I I bought, it charges over 14.5V, and I considered the fault finished, one day cleaning the interior, I left the radio on, while I cleaned, and nothing after a few minutes, the voltage began to drop, less to less, until that the battery discharged at that moment, I was surprised because that had never happened to it, I did another test, with the battery charged again, I gave the contact, after a short time, equal to less than less, that in a moment the battery goes, I recharge it, install it, and leave it connected for approximately 2 months, until I realized that the red alarm light was not flashing, I checked it and discharged, that did not happen in the past either, did the current leakage test with the multimeter, because I told myself what And this would have to be a current leak, it is the logical thing to think, and what was my surprise, that the value it gave is 0.02, with the battery just charged, so there is no current leak, and then what is happening to you?, I have explained everything to you with hairs and bones, to see if you could help me determine the cause, because I do not understand it nor do I know what else to do, regarding what I am explaining to you, I await your prompt clarification, please, greetings.

Hi Mario! It's hard to understanding your comment as the translation is not clear. First you say you changed the battery which I assume is new, but then nothing. Why??? Even if the alternator was bad, you should have been able to start the vehicle and wouldn't have any issues until the battery discharged. And you say that you had the radio on while cleaning and the voltage kept dropping. It sounds like you got a bad battery and I would suggest that you have it checked. Later you mention that you don't have a parasitic drain because you only have 0.02A. I would check the battery as the voltage should not decrease that rapidly. Have a great day!

@@stuzman52 If, as I say, it was new, and as I check the battery, according to you, I did the continuity test and it is fine, the positive and negative are isolated, do you think it could be due to a relay in poor condition, the one that causes this fails?, what do you think, for already check everything.

@@Mario14792 Mario, where was the voltage decreasing? Was it at the battery, a particular load such as the radio, etc? And did you check it with a voltmeter? More info needed.

@@stuzman52 All the tests that I tell you I have carried out with the multimeter if, with the car stopped, I only turn on the radio and shortly after, the voltage begins to drop, it is noticeable that it affects the radio itself and the interior lighting, and another example , also with the car stopped, I turn on the ignition, and shortly after, it goes down well, and this before, in its normal behavior did not happen, and I repeat, I know by weight for a new battery, then change the alternator regulator, and check if it would have some current leak, test result 0.02, and that's why it arrived, I don't know what else to do.
