Normally , members are complaining against the Management Officials to the Dy. Registrar if their complaints are ignored in the initial stage by the Management Officials and same are entertained by the Office of Dy.Registrar if they find prima facie evidance of non violation / compliance to the extant bye laws and provisions of MCS Act 1960. . This may be due to lack of knowledge on byelaws ( responsibilities fixed under Byelaws) and MCS Act 1960. . If the management officials are properly trained then chances of lodgement of complaints will be reduced.
