EVAN, No one on UA-cam, ever talks about the Ball Tip Sirloin, also called the Bottom Sirloin, here in Michigan known as the sizzler. It is a semi tender cut, like a Sirloin, and is Super Beefy and around 4-6$ a pound. Really wish people would try it! The restaurant I worked at used it for steaks and roasted sandwich beef. Super versatile and tasty
What a wonderful video that shows that LeRoy and Lewis is seasoned with many precious souls who come together for a common purpose, to make the best BBQ there is. The last day at the food truck was not a funeral, but as Evan said, a graduation. All the best as these precious souls are now in a new church to spread the BBQ gospel to an even bigger congregation.
