Oh my gosh, that is so beautiful and Michael’s voice is probably one of the best in that song just under “never tear us apart”. His vocals were great to begin with but he was just a good front guy and a lot of fun and cute but by 1984 to 1985 felt more comfortable with himself and he was in his mid-20s. He was in love and dated his really first lifelong love from 1982 until 1987. That’s Michelle Bennett and she’s the one who called right before he even had suicide but I have always talked and he always loved her. When they broke up, he gets involved with this young girl named Kylie Minogue. She was a young innocent Australian singer, who was pretty popular, and they couldn’t have been more opposite! He was an older man, and he should’ve known better to stay away from that because she was an adult, and just coming into her own and literally didn’t know anything about life & bad boys and they were dating for two years and then he ended up breaking up with her because he knew they weren’t right for each other. He cried his eyes out because he didn’t want to break her heart and he knew he was going to but he was just not the guy or man for her in here she was in her early 20s and by then he was every bit of almost 30. Michael didn’t date anybody after that for a couple years and that’s when he got involved with that super model, named Helena from Denmark. I know they loved each other but they were like the best buddies and hung around and had a lot of fun together. They have a much more mature relationship and she could handle his badness and he had started to calm down while they dated but the problem was a year after they started dating they were in Copenhagen and they were riding bikes home and eating pizza. some taxi driver stopped right behind him and told Michael to get on the road and he hit Michael and the singer hit his head on the curb and it screwed up his brain so bad he had blood coming out of his mouth and his ears but he didn’t want to stay in the hospital when EMS took him. His girlfriend said she stayed in his apartment for a month in the dark with headaches and threw up all the time which meant he had concussion, and yet he wouldn’t say in the hospital. The odd thing is that Helena said immediately when he came conscious in the ER, he was extremely hostile and aggressive, which was not like him at all, and he became more and more like that after he started to recuperate from his injury. he went to see a brain specialist in France. He didn’t just have a concussion, but part of his brain was chipped and his nerves were severed so he couldn’t smell anything and he couldn’t taste anything.. you don’t think about it being a big deal until you have to live with it and especially somebody as sensual as Michael. Helena ended up breaking up with him because she couldn’t take it anymore. he was hanging around everybody that was not right for him, including Paula Yates, the woman who left her husband Bob Geldof, and took off with Michael for months after running into him again in 1994. He was seeing her probably before Helena broke up with him. she just got tired of his behavior, and whatever was wrong with him after that accident he was never the same. Paula & other people he hung around with made everything worse. Sad!!!
*YOU GUYS BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES!* I was so worried about how you would react to INXS and held my breath until you said you liked it! "X" was their biggest album, but I feel like "Shabooh Shoobah" was their BEST album. They have so much music to check out!
You should have seen these guys live, Michael was a hell of a front man. It's like if you were starting a band at that time and you were looking for a guy to lead the show, he is literally the image that would pop in your head. They crashed the scene so any of their stuff is worthy. Very unique sound for the time imo.
I think INXS was much better than some gave them credit for at the time. Between the way their name was spelled and their stylized music videos, it was easy to not consider them as serious. But, they were amazing live and their music still feels fresh. So much respect. Their collab with Jimmy Barnes on Good Times is legendary 🙂
The lead singer had a Jim Morrison vibe to him, while the rest of the band had a New Wave vibe. He was gregarious and loved by the fans. He also had a serious drug problem. His amazing voice lives on.
Fantastic reaction, INXS are fantastic and one of the biggest live bands of the 80s. 20 years of hits and diverse styles but always sounds like INXS. They had 7 top ten US singles, many more around the world.
One of my all time favorite bands...tons to explore if you choose, Devil Inside, Need You Tonight, Never Tear us Apart, Mystify, just to name a few. Love it!
I'm such a huge fan of INXS. I saw them in concert in October, 1997, just three months before Michael Hutchence passed. I started listening to them with their third album, Shabooh Shoobah (1982). Michael had Jim Morrison charisma, Mick Jagger moves, Freddie Mercury sex appeal, and just a smidge of Michael Jackson's vocal quirks. You need to hear Don't Change, The One Thing, Need You Tonight (top 5), Original Sin (Alex will love the bass licks at about 1:30), Burn for You, Never Tear Us Apart (top 5), I Send a Message, Elegantly Wasted, What You Need (top 5), Suicide Blonde, Listen Like Thieves, Devil Inside-Words are weapons, sharper than knives (top 5), Beautiful Girl, Mystify (top 5), Mediate (watch the video!). Okay, okay, I'll stop there. Kinda' went crazy there for a minute.
Why why why haven't you done an INXS song from Wembley yet? Michael Hutchence is an absolute star on the stage. Their sound just explodes live. (My preference from Wembley is "What You Need" but they're all great. ) This was fun guys. Looking forward to more INXS.
So many bangers on that album. Need You Tonight, Devil Inside, a huge ballad with strings called Never Tear Us Apart….this was the first cassette that I ever bought with my own money as a kid and I played it to death. I highly recommend older hits like Original Sin, Listen Like Theives and What You Need as well as later ones like Suicide Blonde, Disappear, and Elegantly Wasted. Michael Hutchence was a front man for the ages.
Finally, you 've come across one of the best groups ever, who happened to be legendary in concert. So many bangers in their catalogue that I bet it will be hard to nail down a favorite. Enjoy the journey...
INXS is almost ridiculously good! Just by appearance you might think they're 'just another pop band', but they rock and get funky! The next one you should hear is 'Need You Tonight', no confusion about those lyrics, hahaha!!
I saw them at the US Festival in 1983 and the San Diego Civic Center in 1985. "Listen Like Thieves" was pretty popular here. They were popular before 87.
@@girl_overthinx Indeed. I was fortunate to live in great FM radio territory, which played all the imports. So I was a big fan of "Thieves" and "The One Thing" etc. years before they smashed big with Kick and all those tremendous barefoot MTV videos.
Definitely a full album dive for Kick. Almost all the songs are A or B+ tier. "Don't Change" from their Shaboo Shoobah album is an early standout. More 80s ish, but I think Alex would like it anyway. Other great tunes are, "what you need" and "This Time" from the Listen Like Thieves album and "Suicide Blonde" from their X album. That's just to start.
Actually listening to this song for the first time, hearing it for the first time in years. It takes the best parts of Robert Palmer, the vibe of Sledgehammer, and Prince’s R&B/Soul horns via synth and mixes them together excellently.
Yeah, was thinking the same thing, that the kind of smooth crooner throwback thing happening in the UK around the time (so also Style Council, ABC, Spandau Ballet, etc) was referenced here nicely with the horns but it really was its own animal. I was over it when it was on the radio constantly but it does bear up upon relisten.
INXS is such an underrated band.. so many different sounds, but yet you always know it is them. Need You Tonight, Devil Inside, Don't Change, Never Tear Us Apart and Suicide Blonde are my recommendations
Don't Change" is awesome, so many great songs by INXS. And if you want to see a dude who had it all, unbelievably attractive and so much charisma, but lost it all to mental health issues.....man
"Don't Change by far...in the post-punk era of 1982, it was a sign of things to come. Their sound at that point was more groundbreaking than their later stuff...Thanks for all you do Andy & Alex...
@@kebo4660 Exactly this. Props to INXS for the worldwide success of their "Need You Tonight" era music but their earlier stuff "Don't Change" by far my personal faves. Less 80's sounding, for one thing amongst others.
INXS is absolutely incredible. This song and this album Kick truly are incredible. The entire band are just on fire and are incredibly talented musicians and songwriters.
This LP was ultra mega massive when it came out in '87. No pop sell outs though. You can here the sincerity in Michael Hutchence's delivery and soulfulness (RIP). This track is probably my favorite in their catalogue. Proper banger
Michael Hutchence is the fantastic lead vocalist. Every time a new single dropped from INXS was exciting and fun and full of energy. Hutchence committed suicide at 37 to which I say, if you or a friend is struggling with depression please take it very seriously and seek professional help. ❤️
Dive right in. You could go to any album and find banger after banger. "They gotta have more songs" killed me. This was one one of the biggest bands in the world for a good long time. Had Michael lived, who knows where they would be right now.
Agreed. I saw INXS in 1993 and they all sprinted onto stage with camouflage military outfits on! Not just the sexy smoky stuff for the ladies. They also rocked for all the guys too!
"Never Tear Us Apart" should be the next one you hit. Probably their signature song. My band worked up a sort of 60's Soul version of that song that we played in clubs for years. We played it one night at a bar in Phuket, Thailand and had no idea that the drummer from INXS was in the audience. As soon as he recognized what we were playing he stood up from his table and stared open mouthed for the whole song! He bought us all beers during the break and chatted with us...and we still had no idea who he was. He never mentioned it. It wasn't until after he left that the manager said "You know who that was, don't you?"
Saw them in 84(?)...opened with Don't Change...and I've seen thousands of shows but that opening song is crystal clear in my foggy memory of great show openers. Highly highly highly recommend that song...they owned the stage.
You could pick any INXS song and love it. They didn't have a bad song. They were ahead of their time. Major rabbit hole. Original sin, Don't change, To look at you, Burn for you, Never tear us apart, Just keep walking, It's endless.
This song and album are nostalgia bombs. My mom used to play this cassette in the car when I was a kid in the late 80s. The album holds up extremely well decades later. “Devil Inside” is my favorite track.
Guys, there was so much great music like this in the 80s that you haven't explored, because you are too much into the 60s and 70s. Dudes, give the 80s a chance! Next INXS song should be What You Need, it has a great bass riff and it's catchy!
Rock and roll love triangles are always amazing to look at, but this one had a body count. Remember Bob Geldof, the Live Aid organizer who starred in The Wall film? You know what, just google it, I can't do it justice.
The was a video that went along with this. Michael Hutchence was a star on the level of Mick Jagger. He had the voice, the looks and the moves with a tight band backing him. Loosing him was a great tragedy and the band had so much potential but they never recovered. They even had a reality show to choose a replacement, but nobody remembers who was chosen.
LOVE INXS and grew up listening to their stuff. Their sound was constantly evolving and they always kept things interesting, treading the line between funk and rock (and women dug the band just as much as men) and they were a staple on MTV back in the day. I got to see them play live 3 times in during the 80s, and to this day, they're still one of the tightest bands I've even heard play. Shabooh Shoobah was the first album to hit in the states, and the singles "The One Thing" and "Don't Change" are amazing. The Swing was the next album, and featured "Original Sin" (which was produced by Nile Rodgers and features background vocals by Daryl Hall of Hall and Oates), "I Send a Message", and "Burn For You", among others. Listen Like Thieves was next, and featured songs like "What You Need" (one of my favorite INXS tracks, and you guys DEFINITELY need to check it out), "This Time", and the title track "Listen Like Thieves" Kick is the album that features "New Sensation", as well as "Need You Tonight/Mediate", "Devil Inside", "Mystify", and "Never Tear Us Apart" (and it's pretty much loaded up with bangers from start to finish) Later albums had songs like "Bitter Tears", "Disappear", "Suicide Blonde", "Elegantly Wasted", "Not Enough Time" and tons of others.
Now maybe I’m just a HUGE INXS fan, but I’m really shocked you two haven’t heard this one! 🤔 It’s played in supermarkets, even… 🤣 Yes. His voice is “SO GOOD”. Rest in Peace, Michael 🕊️🩵 Great channel! :)
As everyone else has said, they had a lot of great 80's singles: "The One Thing," "What You Need," "I Need You Tonight" (with or without "Mediate"...it's probably better without "Mediate"), "Never Tear Us Apart," "Devil Inside"...there are some other really good songs on that "Kick" album. "Mystify," "Guns In The Sky." INXS had it going on for a while there.
INXS was one of the best rock/pop bands from the late 80's that really rock it and sent people to dance again, absolutely free of any issue. They have a lot of hits!! You really will enjoy reacting to them. Unfortunately the singer died, and the band stopped, because they could be as great as any other big rock band like Aerosmith or U2. They were more pop but absolutely at a great level. I remember, my father in his 40s came home hearing them for the first time and said "this is rock! I was so boring with actual music!!". I don't know why I still remember that moment. Thank you INXS. Best regards from Chile!! 🙂
Do they have anything else??? Kick was an 80’s behemoth which has now surpassed 20 million albums sold worldwide. Yes, 20M. INXS was a really good Australian rock band with a dance/pop sound and a handsome and charismatic frontman in Michael Hutchence. The release of the video for their first single from Kick, Need You Tonight, was a major pop culture event. Accepting his destiny as a global icon, Michael Hutchence unleashed his flowing locks, removed his shirt and wordlessly proclaimed “I am sex.” Many teenage girls had an “awakening” that day…
I was lucky enough to see them perform live in Sacramento on the Kick Tour. Amazing amazing live show. One of the best concerts that I've attended my entire life. Suggestions: "Never Tear us Apart", "Devil Inside" "Suicide Blonde" would be a good place to continue from here. Thanks guys for checking out this song, enjoyed your reactions.
Terrific and complete album. Hutchence was one of the best front man and performer on stage with a really cool voice and attitude. What a band was INXS!
Well, slam the door and call me a liar. Dogs and cats living together! Mass Hysteria! Alex liked an 80's song! A+! I'm claiming it Alex. Even though you hesitated. Seriously though, so glad you guys liked your first dip of the toe into the INXS pool. You could do about a two hour live stream of their greatest hits. Funky, soulful, power pop, new wave, ear worms are their forte. Try any of these on for size: Listen Like Thieves, Need You Tonight, What You Need, Suicide Blonde, Devil Inside, The One Thing, Mystify, Shine Like It Does, Mediate, Kick, and Never Tear Us Apart to name a few.
Listen Like Thieves, Kick, and X make for one of the best 3-album runs of the '80s - so much goodness on all three of them, and this one - Kick - is almost all hits, front to back. Inescapable groove-meisters of the late '80s.
I was a DJ at my college radio station when this song came out. I played INXS every time I was on the air, such a powerful band. I’m glad you enjoyed the song. One of my favorites is a ballad called Never Tear Us Apart - check it out. 🎶
INXS comes from that tried and true arena of 'Pub Rock' in Australia where if you didn't bring it live 6 nights a week you wouldn't survive. They have a massive catalogue and their earlier stuff that pre-dates this break out album is more fun - more rock and less funk. Live though they just killed - their Wembley Live show is a band at the top of their form. Fav's of mine that I think you'll love 'Johnson's Aeroplane' , 'Don't Change', 'Original Sin' and the monster 'Never tear us apart' Definitely worth diving deeper into these boys. Check Cold Chisel - for the Royalty of Pub Rock they all aspired to be.
Got into INXS in early '84 when people were still calling them "inks". Their sound changed drastically from album to album. The Swing ('84) was college alternative, but also has "Original Sin" produced by Niles Rodgers. Lots of strings and experimentation. The whole album is great, but Johnson's Aeroplane is a deep cut that crushes me every time. Listen Like Theives was straight ahead Aussie rock. Another great album beginning to end, but What You Need, the title track, and Falling Down The Mountain are my faves. Kick ('87) was them moving more towards club/dance rock, but they still used strings to great effect. You can go at least 20 songs deep on INXS.
👍😎 Cool story. Sometimes I would stop and bring coffee to a couple DJ’s at my favorite radio station (KROQ - Richard Blade & Raymond Banister) on way home from work. Hang out in the booth for a bit, so I’m sitting there and some guy sitting next to me, thought was just another fan like me. Blade introduced this new band from Australia. It was Michael Hutchins. I thought wow cool. They were not well known at all yet. After the interview Michael asked me who’s motorcycle was that in the parking lot, said “mine” can I ride it… “no you can’t, sorry but I don’t let anyone ride it.” Then a few months later they came out with a video where he was riding a bike really similar to mine. RIP Michael
Suicide Blonde is the killer track to try next; really moves. Unfortunately, the tragic death of the lead singer Michael Hutchence will always haunt a catalogue of really fun music.
Devil Inside, Need you Tonight, Never Tear us Apart...they are all bangers
suicide blonde, mystify...
Always loved Calling All Nations, but they’re all fabulous
Yes Yes Yes!
Never Tear Us Apart is amazing

The harmonica on "Suicide Blond" is amazing. I can hear that introduction over and over and over.
The harmonica on that is by my roommate’s dad, the legendary Charlie Musselwhite.
It's going to blow A&A's mind for sure.

I didn't know a single girl at the time from ages 12 to 25 who didn't get a misty. far-off look in their eyes when his name was mentioned.
Agree on charisma…but would put more in the Robert Plant, Roger Daltry mold.
He was a stand out. Very few bands over the decades had that top level charisma, voice and stage presence.
I was 20 that year and I'm going to contest that. Elvis? Seriously? Maybe Morrison.
He was always being compared to Morrison at the time.

It's like if you were starting a band at that time and you were looking for a guy to lead the show, he is literally the image that would pop in your head. They crashed the scene so any of their stuff is worthy. Very unique sound for the time imo.
Michael Hutchence was one of the best, most charismatic front men ever. He had it all. Such a tragic loss.
Great track
Great band
Great album
Great vocalist
One of the best bands to come out of the 80s Need You Tonight & Suicide Blond are a must to check out. This entire album rocks.
U2 had a silly name as well. Maybe INXS was taken less seriously because it was dance oriented?
Agreed
📻🙂
Check out their early hit "Original Sin", it is really captures the 80s sound in a sparkly, special, sax-filled sandwich.
Absolutely spot on!!
My favorite INXS song.
It was so progressive
The lead singer had a Jim Morrison vibe to him, while the rest of the band had a New Wave vibe. He was gregarious and loved by the fans. He also had a serious drug problem. His amazing voice lives on.
Loved by the ladies, for sure.
massive band at their height...for legit reason..they had it all
Fantastic reaction, INXS are fantastic and one of the biggest live bands of the 80s. 20 years of hits and diverse styles but always sounds like INXS. They had 7 top ten US singles, many more around the world.
One of my all time favorite bands...tons to explore if you choose, Devil Inside, Need You Tonight, Never Tear us Apart, Mystify, just to name a few. Love it!
INXS is a giant that somehow got forgotten. Truly great 80’s band. Shabooh Shoobah is amazing. Thanks, fellas!
What an album.........!!!
What you need is definitiv my favourite from that concert. They turned this one song into a show that was magic..
“Mystify” is my favorite track on “Kick.” It hits a perfect sweet spot between their romantic side and their fun side.
The One, was the 1st song I remember hearing by this band. Played heavily @ clubs, radio. They had me from there, on...
Suicide Blonde live at Wembley Stadium. Gives you a feel of how popular INXS was.
Live Baby Live - one of the great concert films ever, the picture and sound quality is amazing
Yes! They should do the video from that concert. Incredible!
The One Thing is the song that got me hooked into INXS. Great rock riff.
Fabulous in concert. Saw them in 1985. Michael Hutchence was one of the great frontmen of the era. Gone far too soon. RIP
More INXS please!!! They are very versatile.
The late, great Michael Hutchence on vocal. Next is "Listen Like Thieves." They were top tier 80s all decade long.
There are a lot of great INXS songs. Don’t Change is my personal favorite. One of my favorites by anyone, actually.
Their most famous song is Need You Tonight. Suicide Blonde and Devil Inside are also great
One of the best singers, bands, albums of the 80s. I mourn him every day. We’ve really missed out on some great music in his absence.
this is another album you should listen to in its entirety
Definitely a full album dive for Kick. Almost all the songs are A or B+ tier. "Don't Change" from their Shaboo Shoobah album is an early standout. More 80s ish, but I think Alex would like it anyway. Other great tunes are, "what you need" and "This Time" from the Listen Like Thieves album and "Suicide Blonde" from their X album. That's just to start.
Listen Like Theives might be a better "full album", every song is fantastic 😍
@@sloav3769 Don't Change is their best song, imo, although taken as a whole, Listen Like Theives is 100 A-list material
“What you need” is their masterpiece
Better than Don't Change? Well... everyone has different tastes, no right or wrong, but still surprised.
It's certainly *a* masterpiece, but they have several in my opinion.
@@richardsteiner8992 True, there are many greats. But when I think of their signature songs, that is the one that immediately pops in my head.
@@charlieandmabel2763 tbh, there really isn’t an inxs song that I don’t like.
Yes. That story! Your album needs a hit single, you have 24 hrs. 24 hrs later, What You Need. Award winning videos too.
Go for Don’t Change…great rocker. Also they’re first hit, The One Thing.
Their very best, Don’t Change
I'm surprised there aren't more upvotes on this comment. Those two will always be my favorite INXS songs.
All their songs are bangers. I particularly always enjoy hearing "Original Sin" such a unique sound
Try Need you tonight and straight after Their song Mediate. Trust me,they are a set that really needs to be played together in that order
The two songs were intended to be played together. "Mediate" was inspired by Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues," I believe.
Can you sing along to mediate? I almost have it down.
@@Meandmymirror I think I need to keep practicing
Actually listening to this song for the first time, hearing it for the first time in years. It takes the best parts of Robert Palmer, the vibe of Sledgehammer, and Prince’s R&B/Soul horns via synth and mixes them together excellently.
Yeah, was thinking the same thing, that the kind of smooth crooner throwback thing happening in the UK around the time (so also Style Council, ABC, Spandau Ballet, etc) was referenced here nicely with the horns but it really was its own animal. I was over it when it was on the radio constantly but it does bear up upon relisten.
Great pick! Next songs to check out, “The One thing,” “Don’t Change,” “Never Tear us Apart,” and “Need You Tonight.”
Don’t Change and the One thing are true bangers
INXS is such an underrated band.. so many different sounds, but yet you always know it is them. Need You Tonight, Devil Inside, Don't Change, Never Tear Us Apart and Suicide Blonde are my recommendations
The live performance of this at Wembley is really something to see.
I don’t think the cause of death was ever verified
@@Meandmymirror Officially it was determined to be suicide.
@@kebo4660 Exactly this. Props to INXS for the worldwide success of their "Need You Tonight" era music but their earlier stuff "Don't Change" by far my personal faves. Less 80's sounding, for one thing amongst others.
@@loosilu I know the people that loved him think otherwise.
Simply put, it's a great song by a great band. Owners of the most heartbreaking "What if ..." scenarios in rock music history.
You could pick any INXS song and love it. They didn't have a bad song. They were ahead of their time. Major rabbit hole. Original sin, Don't change, To look at you, Burn for you, Never tear us apart, Just keep walking, It's endless.
As a 14 year old in the summer of 1987 this album was on heavy rotation.
This song and album are nostalgia bombs. My mom used to play this cassette in the car when I was a kid in the late 80s. The album holds up extremely well decades later. “Devil Inside” is my favorite track.
The Wembley Stadium version of this song is one of the greatest live moments ever at a stadium known for great live moments. A must check out!
This entire album is full of bangers and one of the best produced & mixed albums of the 80s.
“What You Need” is hot. All their songs feel like sex.
Another by INXS in the same mode is "What You Need." That's my favorite of theirs.
Devil Inside, Bitter Tears, Need You Tonight….. Keep going guys.
I think INXS's 2 best songs are "Don't Change" and "Good Time" with Jimmy Barnes. I guarantee you, those are 2 bangers.
I remember he was a worse drug addict than Hutch had ever been and ruined the whole feel of the band.
Listen Like Thieves was next, and featured songs like "What You Need" (one of my favorite INXS tracks, and you guys DEFINITELY need to check it out), "This Time", and the title track "Listen Like Thieves"
Kick is the album that features "New Sensation", as well as "Need You Tonight/Mediate", "Devil Inside", "Mystify", and "Never Tear Us Apart" (and it's pretty much loaded up with bangers from start to finish)
Later albums had songs like "Bitter Tears", "Disappear", "Suicide Blonde", "Elegantly Wasted", "Not Enough Time" and tons of others.
Can't believe not more people are saying to do Devil Inside. Probably my favorite song of v the 80's...period. Such a cool band.
Fantastic band and this album is one of the best ever (coming from more of a 60s-70s guy, than an 80s fan). You will love it beginning to end.
RIP Michael Hutchence that voice ... a Jim Morrison level of charisma. Lots of bangers on "Kick". Dang and Alex went A+ on a total 80's song.
Now maybe I’m just a HUGE INXS fan, but I’m really shocked you two haven’t heard this one! 🤔 It’s played in supermarkets, even… 🤣
Yes. His voice is “SO GOOD”. Rest in Peace, Michael 🕊️🩵
Great channel!
DONT CHANGE
Been wanting you to listen to INXS for a long time. Glad you finally hit them and loved them! Thanks boys for a happy Monday.
One of those bands you can just never go wrong with ❤
SUCH a talented band !! RIP MICHAEL ! we are still listening
Yet again ? For a country of that population they have produced very little world class talent. INXS is a decent band.
Accepting his destiny as a global icon, Michael Hutchence unleashed his flowing locks, removed his shirt and wordlessly proclaimed “I am sex.” Many teenage girls had an “awakening” that day…
This song live at Wembley is tremendous
"never tear us apart" is great!
INXS was my favorite band of the 80s. Most of their songs have multiple hooks. You should definitely do the whole album.
"Need you Tonight" is super catchy
They have hooks big enough to catch a marlin. The Stairs is deepish cut that I absolutely love.
Fav's of mine that I think you'll love 'Johnson's Aeroplane' , 'Don't Change', 'Original Sin' and the monster 'Never tear us apart'
Definitely worth diving deeper into these boys.
Check Cold Chisel - for the Royalty of Pub Rock they all aspired to be.
Need You Tonight, Suïcide Blonde, Devil Inside...all bangers, Never Tear us Apart...one of the best 80-ies bands!
