Getting a bit fed up with the negativity mate. Yeah drill bit slipped, shame these will never be seen again lol. I reckon this is a pretty damn clean install, demonstrating two methods of wiring speakers. How much of a cleaner install do you want than using factory wiring? If you are referencing the bit of tape over the heat shrink on the drivers side, I do apologise that I didn't show the soldiering job I did, figured it was pretty self explainitary. These were soldered, heat shrink then I added the tape to note the negative side. C'mon dude.
@@DarrenBoxhall Not destroyed man, works completely fine. I understand your point and they need to be intact for best sound/bass. Although these will be replaced with something better, not a fan, they we're just sitting there and we're better than stock. No foam on these as mentioned are only temporary, will do on the new fronts and rears.
@@DarrenBoxhall From you, I agree you certainly do. Although if you have other ideas or have done it a better way let me know mate, would love to see/hear how you have done things, great for myself and the community to learn. PS: Mint 4.8.
Dude, did you drill into the speaker surround foam?

@@WLD62 a hole in the speaker surround = destroyed. Did you use a foam gasket between the speaker and the factory speaker housing?
@@WLD62 are you referring to negativity from just me? Or other people also? Lol
Gotta take the good with the bad mate.

So i don't need amp ?? How is the bass
Amp is great and I'll add one eventually. Good difference with upgraded speakers.
Can you do a video of oil and oil filter change
Sure can, looking at doing one soon.
