- I don't usually do a July planner line-up or refresh because I stick with whatever I use from the beginning of the year. But this year, I needed to switch some things up, and I had some planners that did end in June. So, planner refresh and setup it is!

That 80 percent the way you think of things and 20 percent is the action is so true… here’s something for you to use as a mantra / to think about. In a year where do I want to be in two years five years ten and as my modern wiser self because it comes up quicker than we think… pay you future self first… add that into your budget. I think Elise has sinking funds those are so important so hopefully she has it included in her printouts.. and last suggestion give yourself spending money in your budget.. even if it’s not much you can make it a goal to save it for xxx by building it up over a few months or something My motto with so many things in life. Make it fun and it will get done. Having a hard time saving. Make a game or challenge etc. make it fun and get it done. Love the green discs your planner is set up so nice. Oh yes, lots of cash stuffing videos I seen where people do lots of savings challenges to make it fun for them to save, so I definitely plan on implementing those in my cash stuffing. Thanks for the encouragement.. I'm looking forward to seeing how much I can save in a year! 😊

Love the video, so encouraging. I do love those disks. I am beginning my weight loss journey again so i would love to see what you do to set it up. I happen to grab a bambi one to use but mine is a classic vertical and i am still thinking of how i want to set it up. I love the NSV idea of journaling. Also love the saving budget and hope to see a close up of that too. You have great videos and found you about a month or so ago so I am still trying to find what works for me and love your function and creativity.

I actually use the expander discs for my catch-all. I have 3 months and then a collection of sections/pages I use on a daily basis.
I wish I can frankenplan.. I tried it and it's just not my thing. Maybe I'll try it again in a few years 🤔
Hi Meika!! Love your video, thank you so much for sharing! I am working on spending too! I believe you are not in as bad a place that you think because you have money left over every month. Can I suggest a high interest savings account that comes out just like a bill every month? That way your brain just thinks oh I have to pay this (which is you) opposed to oh I have to use restraint and not spend this money….even if you save 1/2 of what you have left over you can be saving and still have some money to budget for wants and fun! Again thanks for sharing, you are definitely not alone!!💕☺️

I came a long way. I used to be the queen of pymt arrangements! If I could hold off on a bill just to spend money, I would..lol! But I definitely need to really start saving. 🤷🏽♀️
