      That’s so sweet of you to say that. When we started, I struggled with how I wanted people to perceive me and the channel. Then I asked a friend for advice. He said, keep it real and just be yourself. I am trying to follow his advice. And too, seeing your comments makes me feel good. You are family!

      @@Jerri-ellen No worries my friend. Veal is young beef. I’ve never had mutton. I draw the line on some food items. Such as blood sausage. It might be delicious but I’m not eating it. 😂

      A good chef doesn’t always cook by time and temperature. Broil to brown. Fry temp is listed in the instructions. Until golden brown. It’s simple. Anyone can cook this.

      I usually use a light olive oil for most dishes but I may have used vegetable oil.

      @@TheSandersKitchen me too! I don't think his daughters have found a chef to take over. Looks like they are only open for pizza takeout Fri and Sat. Haven't been to CT in a hundred years.

      Hi Wesley, read the cooking instructions. Fry temp is there. Broil has no temp. Just be careful you don’t burn. Give it a try. You can do it!
