That’s so sweet of you to say that. When we started, I struggled with how I wanted people to perceive me and the channel. Then I asked a friend for advice. He said, keep it real and just be yourself. I am trying to follow his advice. And too, seeing your comments makes me feel good. You are family!
Hi Neighbor. The meat was veal. We are this quite often as a child. Brought back fond memories. Thank you for your sweet comments and your support. 🙏❤️
@@Jerri-ellen No worries my friend. Veal is young beef. I’ve never had mutton. I draw the line on some food items. Such as blood sausage. It might be delicious but I’m not eating it. 😂
A good chef doesn’t always cook by time and temperature. Broil to brown. Fry temp is listed in the instructions. Until golden brown. It’s simple. Anyone can cook this.
@@TheSandersKitchen me too! I don't think his daughters have found a chef to take over. Looks like they are only open for pizza takeout Fri and Sat. Haven't been to CT in a hundred years.
I love this channel. It’s like being in a family members home.

Can I marinate the veal cutlets and freeze them
I’m not sure. I’ve never tried.
What about oven temperature and cooking time ⏲️

definitely trying that that looks bomb as f
What kind of oil is that
I usually use a light olive oil for most dishes but I may have used vegetable oil.
Your work is great but you leave out temperatures and time. Hope you add this in future.
Great point! I’m getting better. 😊
RIP Daddy Jack!
I miss my friend. I’m still watching his videos.

Stove heat
Broil.
I'd prefer meat sauce. Otherwise it looks like heaven.
Thank you
You said everything about seasoning but nothing about cooking time or heat
Hi Wesley, read the cooking instructions. Fry temp is there. Broil has no temp. Just be careful you don’t burn. Give it a try. You can do it!
How long this talking
My tummy was growling so loud I was afraid people could hear it ...
That’s so funny. Thank you LeeAnn for being such a dear friend. ❤️
