RED BELL PEPPER CREAM SAUCE W LOBSTER RAVIOLI / FULL RECIPE AND INSTRUCTIONS
This video will show you how to make a delicious red bell pepper cream sauce to use with lobster raviolis or any seafood stuffed ravioli.
I remember when we invited Chef Frank Davis over to eat this. He said this cream sauce was so delicious it could be served over the bumper of a 57 Chevy and he would eat it. LOL. Gotta love Chef Frank!
I think you'll love the pot from Vin Chef. It's so non stick and safe to use.
We love it!
If you will, please subscribe to our channel. Thanks so much!

When growing up, my mother gave us the choice of going out to a restaurant or having her cook a meal of our choice for our birthday. Every year I chose having her make brociolone. I moved away from New Orleans in 2004 and only had this twice since then (both on visits to my mother's house). She died last month, and my wife tried making it for me to make me feel better. It didn't because, she can't cook. :)

As a Chef I know where mushrooms are grown so I do rinse them well, not soaking them, and use a vegtable brush to remove any growing medium. ( AKA; manure)

I cooked with Frank Davis on TV for years. He never washed his mushrooms. 🤣 And we lived to talk about it. Personally I rince them if they’re really dirty. But a brush works too.
