@@rawworking I remember 8 lifetimes ago, during his 1st campaign, reading somewhere that he'd force the smaller businesses he hired to sue him for whatever he still owed them after the job was done. He'd just refuse to pay the agreed upon price insisting the job they did wasn't worth the full price and unless they had the excess wealth available to outlast him through the process (same MO we're all familiar with) of using his daddy's money to drain their resources, they wouldn't have much choice but to fold and accept his terms. Almost nobody has the ability to sustain the abuse of the legal system, losing way more money to win a judgment on principles, even if they wanted to.
He destroyed so many family businesses and probably a lot of families too...just because he wanted to get away with "winning" and could save the buck, he'd rather spend on his lawyers than his labor debt to the working class Americans that built his precious glass house. He's scum.

I asked a Trump supporter "do you believe every defendant that sues the judge, or just the orange ones?" and forcing them to think through the question while framing it that way seems to set their heads alight.

I just realized that in my lifetime. I've seen the end of the penny candy store and the .99cent stores. I know it's nothing profound but it struck me as odd and kind of sad.
Me too 1 dollar bought 100 pieces of candy the little chocolate balls were 2 for a penny. Just think a quarter paid for 2 days worth of candy for a greedy person 😊

You know times are tough when the dang 99 Cents Store closes.. that's going to hurt lot of poor people in the US. Ours, in Canada, is the most popular store. Dollarama. Their prices changed with the times. So now their minimum price is $1.25. It's kind of like Dollar General or Dollar or More stores. If we lost Dollarama here, it'd be absolute bedlam. 😢
