The qualifications to run for and hold the Office of the President are similarly written in the Constitution. Trump meets those qualifications. Thus, he cannot be barred from running for nor from holding that office. The ONLY mechanism which can debar Trump from holding the Office of President is conviction upon impeachment. This has not happened.
