Thank you so much for your video. Indeed, this units exisits. Here, in Los Angeles where im at, where is tons of chargers, even free DCFCs, or discounted networks like EVCS, where by subscription its like 20c per kWh, so its no brainier. But as anybody else with a chademo car, sometimes you can charge faster or use more free stations with adapter like that. I did not managed to buy one, since its not en emergency, but its awesome to have one. Will order one for myself in next 4-8 weeks. Thank you so much for your video. Indeed, i think you are the first person on USDM to have it. Congrats! 🎉
Keep a eye out. I’ll be doing some testing this week before you spend the money. So far I can only say build quality is great. But need to really run around town testing it. The maker has texted me a lot and you need to know it’s more a beta at the moment here in the United States. They are working hard to make sure it works and coding. So I’m confident but it’s going to take time. But so far I’m extremely excited and happy

I am very grateful I live in central Brevard County where we have a good amount of CHAdeMO fast chargers (and more coming thanks to FPL) and we also have level two chargers literally in almost every parking lot.

I’m curious if this adapter does anything above 50kW charging for the Leafs that can do up to 100kW peak charging.
My leaf gets 100 also . I get average of 60 to 77 though

It's 1050,00. . Did firmware update last night for the first time. Hope I did it right. Going out today to test
Hopefully the price can come down over time. But if it works reliably without causing any issues with the chargers, it could be worth it for some folks. Fingers crossed for all of that to happen. @@nomadichippie
How did you order your adapter for North America? Where do you get the commercial version soon?
I’m just waking up sorry late reading this getting ready to go out and test today. It’s Sunday at the moment. I got the adapter from going to.Alibaba and wrote in the comments and the company responded to my comment that I left and said no you can buy just one and then they emailed me a invoice for just one and I just paid for it and it came. It was really easy if you go straight through.alibaba there is I believe like a two limit or minimum I mean

Hmm, at the end when he's actually charging, you can clearly see in the reflection off the screen that the blue Chademo plug is what he's using to charge, NOT the CCS with converter. Why lie about this?
I was not lying about it at the end of the video I just said this is the future. I didn’t state that I was actually charging with the adapter on that first video.

The last 10 seconds or so, why are you using the station’s native (blue) chademo if this is a video about the adaptor. Are you trying to scam people?
It worked the first time but then I flashed the new firmware update when I got home and I have not been able to get it to work for three days. It only worked when I first got it with the firmware that came on it in the thumb drive, but when you get the new update, you have to erase all the stuff that was on the thumb drive up update the new firmware And so I don’t think I’m adding any firmware to it at the moment I should’ve just left it alone but they are pushing out a new for more update and teach me how to put it. I just tried it again could not get it to work about five minutes ago, watch the new video
