    Another good review, thanks. I had a 125cc version & did 4,000 miles on mine before I did my full licence. They look super-cool & a great place to start motorbiking.

    I am enjoying your reviews, and as a fellow Speedmaster owner, I like the comparisons to the Speedy.

    Nice one, Gus. I think low capacity simple bikes will be a big thing in coming years.
    I'm not sure how well Mutts compare with similarly priced Royal Enfield 350s, but they are a bit of a different beast and I wish them well!

    • @redangrevival
      @redangrevival  2 роки тому

      Yes that is a good point in regards to them getting more popular. Lower emissions and more fuel efficient etc... I would like to ride the Enfield 350 👍

    Looks like a great little city bike and certanly looks better than most other bikes in that price range. But id probably go for the Royal Enfield Classic 350. Thats a gorgeous bike.

      Second that Nifilheimur and the seat's lower so better for my short, fat, hairy legs 😉 The Mutts are an iconic fun looking bike though.

    On the road price is £4550, all new Euro 5 bikes come with digital Speedos which have a fuel gauge, gear indicator and rev counter. They have ABS not combined braking system.

    Hi, thanks for your review... It would be my first bike, but I'm worried that is too small for me... I'm 185cm tall, what you think?

    • @redangrevival
      @redangrevival  2 роки тому +1

      Hi, it is my pleasure, I hope you found the review helpful 👍 The seat height is actually taller than expected. So I think height it should be good for you. A good choice for a first bike, obviously not that fast! But they are stylish and great for city riding/learning. Good luck with your choice.

  • @crumblymal8479

    Looks nice Angus I have to say not keen on combined braking as a concept but otherwise yep it's an ok bike. Not sure why they elected to use a 250 engine for this bike ,although I can see the appeal in and around town but for me better as a 500/650 good one though : )

    • @redangrevival

    830mm seat height. Is it adjustable? I am looking to get back in to biking after a big accident over 10 years ago. I am 6'4" though and don't want to look a wally on it. It does look a descent size for a smaller bike. Does look mega though. Great styling by Mutt.

    • @redangrevival

    I would like to know what your assessment of reliability is based on? As for the term 'Suzuki derived' it says nothing as
    to the quality of materials or build and is rather disingenuous at best.

    • @redangrevival
      @redangrevival  Рік тому

      Just the general overall reliability of the bike. It is very much built to a budget and this can often have a negative effect on reliability. Suzuki have a brilliant track record for reliability, and this engine is built by them. Stands to reason it may be a reliable engine!

    • @WyreForestBiker
      @WyreForestBiker Рік тому

      @@redangrevival The engine is built BY Suzuki in a Suzuki factory? ..are you sure of that ? No, Suzuki sold the plans of an old engine to a Chinese company who make it in China with Chinese materials ...it is as much a Suzuki as my £50 Rolex is a Rolex

    • @redangrevival

    The top speed difference between the 125 & 250 is so little unless you're planning on going over 50mph you might as well buy the 125 & save a bit of money (and weight) plus you can ride a 125 with a CBT.

    I feel as a seasoned rider that the Mutt hasn't earned its reliability stripes just yet. On this basis I feel it's over priced based on what you can get for the same money ie a 350 bullet from Royal Enfield is in the same ball park.

    • @redangrevival

      The REs are brand new designs from the ground up and none of them has been tested yet over 50,000 miles/ten British winters whereas these mutts are proven, if obsolete, tech from the gn250s.
