Eminem is truly the most hated and disrespected MC in the game ever since the beginning. Because of that, he had to overcompensate for everything he does in Hip Hop. I don't be defending white people like that unless you're a friend, part of my group, or Eminem.
So why not Eminem? This question is such a head-scratcher for me. Well not really. It's because he's white and he can rap better than just about everyone.

I love Busta. In fact, I probably listened to him more than Em in the beginning.
But nowadays, I listen to Eminem more than anyone. He's just that damn good! Period!
With that being said, that fool next to Math is delusional. You may not like Em cuz he's white and he raps literally better than your favorite rapper but there's no reason to be delusional.
First of all, Eminem doesn't need this versus shit. Busta definitely does. It's just a fact. Versus battles are for artists that aren't as relevant compare to their peak. We can say that about Em but the fact is Em is still outselling 90% of rappers today. Busta is not doing any of that today.
It's not about sales...sales...sales. That shit only applies to Eminem lmao. While everyone else is worried about how well they do on their 1st week but when Eminem's name gets mentioned...the rebuttal is that "oh it's not about sales", "sales doesn't make you a great rapper. I totally agree! It sure doesn't but it's an indicator of how much influence you have around the world. Rappers love to boast about their sales but then push Em to the side when he gets brought up...
This is getting too long-winded I love Busta music. But the fact of the matter is that Busta doesn't have the fanbase to go against Eminem. Even if you think Busta is better than Eminem which he's definitely not, he just doesn't have the fanbase.
Nobody is washing Eminem. The only one I can think of that can wash Eminem not because he's a better rapper (cuz he's not even close) is Drake. He's really the only one I can think of that has a big ass fan base.
This is like Pacquiao vs Mayweather all over again. I'm Pac fan. I wanted him to win so bad but I just knew he couldn't pass through Floyd's defense. The 1st round was already obvious Pac wasn't going to win.

Busta is a living rap legend, a genius at what he does, he has been completely underrated throughout his whole career, plus he's incredibly fast. But what Eminem does is just different.. There has never been anyone like him ever.. I read an article about how they scientifically studied Eminem's lyricism and rhyming ability. There is an actual science to poetry, and they said that what Eminem did on Sing for the Moment in regards to scientific poetry, it was superior to Shakespeare. No one can compete with that, it's irrelevant what people prefer, that's personal preference, completely different. In my opinion there is no one who can compete with what Eminem has done, and I love Busta.

@@Dezzyyx it depends on the platform that they use. When verzuz started, it was during the quarantine so all of them were remote and online viewership decided who won, but since they’ve been doing them live (ex. Lox vs Dipset) and stage performance is probably the most important factor.
Like I said, Em is my fave, but he’s not the best at EVERYTHING. Every rapper has a different combination of skills, Em (to me) is the best lyricist hands down, he has an infinite amount of cadences, great story telling, etc. but if there’s one thing that Busta has is that he might just have the best stage presence of all time. And I think that alone will take it for him.
