I'm not a Wolves fan but the refs screwed up by not noticing the OKC players were not lined up for the free throw when the T was called. Even by the time Bell tucked his shirt in, none of the OKC players were lined up like they're supposed to be. They were all off to the side, just chatting. So, it's impossible that Bell "delayed the game" seeing as no one was even ready by the time his shirt was tucked in. The ball was still in the refs hands for crying out loud and none of the OKC players were ready yet. Refs making mistakes should not dictate the outcome of games like this, ever. I've seen plenty of players tuck their shirt in once they're already on the court during a dead ball scenario. They never get called for a delay of game. This is the first time I've ever seen the refs make a call like this, where someone is called for tucking their shirt in as they go onto the court while the clock is not ticking yet and the other team is not even ready yet AND the ref is still holding the ball. I've watched the NBA for well over a decade and I've never seen the refs make this call before, despite seeing the exact same thing happen many, many times.
