The band isn't necessary, but if you have a band then there must be some sort of "on the louder end" of music coming on immediately when the band is done at 10PM to let the people know the party isn't over. I would prefer FREE Karaoke until 10 PM followed by music that isn't too loud until close (unless there is a big time sports event on)! ADVERTISED Karaoke should bring in the people.

I think you have closer to Kalibo immigration from Roxas , you can extend for 6 months twice , next 1, 2 or 4 months. 4 months they are usually proposing by themself if they will notice that you are living far from immigration. From banks I can recommend Maya Bank Savings account , no need acr card , you need passport + address in your country + address here. About additional interviews in immigration , they are mainly doing it for two nations Chinese and Indians. ps: I'm living currently in Calapan City , Oriental Mindoro but we are planning check Roxas city soon after receiving my permanent residency so maybe see you soon?. 🙂

I started listening at around 9:30 and lo and behold you’re talking about an issue that just happened to me. My bank, Wells Fargo, locked me out of the online account because they detected fraudulent activity. No amount of begging, giving account numbers, PIN codes or stating that I’ve been a customer since 1985 would persuade them to solve the problem over the phone. I had to fly back to the U.S. at an expense of $3000 to visit a branch. I mean don’t they know about the amazing advances in video conferencing like 15 years ago. Totally pissed off about it.

I agree you're going to spend a lot more money here than you think. I don't believe these people that come here and they live on 1,000 or maybe even 1500 a month because it's impossible.
I have been here since october and i've already spent just over $50,000 panda haven't even dated yet but i will say i am here with my mother so i will say i am paying for two people for the most part. I did travel just a little bit at a dead by a car for 13,000 dollars. I live in a hotel for the first three months but now i'm paying $675 a month rent.
But no means do i live extravagant and i also don't drink or spend money on wild women.

WRONG. You havent lived in other provinces yet. I myself feels concerned bout our security (at times) when we are back home. You havent lived or grew up in a province where now - its not anymore the locals living on it but people from different cities, provinces etc even other Asians whom Im pretty sure you already know what particular Asian Im talkin bout cause they are all over the news- human trafficking, dealing drugs and other stuff. Id love to have you live in Pampanga or Cavite start a business there and then let us know if safety and security is still not an issue to you. Security will always be my topnotch or on the above my list if we are to retire back there in the Phils. I know youve been to places, ‘tourist spots’ in the Phils but youve never lived in different provinces and made a real time navigation of what and how is it to live and have a business. Youre just lucky that you’re probably in a town where the crime rate is rampant.
