Just back from Kayaking Loch Shiel (Like you - Acharacle to Glenfinnan) travelled by Bus with folding S.O.F. Kayak and camping stuff ! So was glad to come across your fine video. All best.
Lovely video Richard, only just come across this one even though I subbed your channel a while ago! It was like finding a £20 note in a jeans pocket lol, made my day. Loch Shiel is definitely on my to do list for sure. Can I ask where did you launch from? Cheers, and keep up the good work 👍
That was absolutely fantastic. I love how your talking is done through the imagery. I love your style Stephen, I couldn't wait to watch it when the notification came through to me whilst I was at work. Keep up the good work mate from a grateful subscriber.
Thanks John .. that's really kind of you. It's comments like yours that spurs me on . Hopefully I'll have a new video soon if my wife let's me out :) Many thanks 👍
Spotted on another video that you use a strap to hold the transducer in place, do you find it stays put when planing? Did you buy it or diy? Thanks 😊 Epic videos 👍
Hi Yes it's absolutely solid . I use a long mounting base for the transducer so it can't move . I've seen so many different installations for the fish finder and transducers but believe mine is the easiest method. I now use a 18v volt drill battery that sits in the box below the fish finder . It lasts for weeks on one charge . If you need anymore help with pictures etc you can email me here . Many thanks Stephenpritchard33@gmail.com
Seriously tempted by your set up, and loving your videos too man. Where did you get that floor mat to protect the air deck? That’s a great idea, not seen those in any accessory or options list.
Hi Yes definitely worth having for piece of mind. They are quite heavy so I also have some thinner foam mat that I got from The Range . www.safetybuyer.com/anti-slip-rubber-workstation-mats.html
Both really good sibs to be honest. I like big tubes of the volaire which help make it a dry ride. It's also got a brilliant airfloor that makes a really smooth ride. Plus it's 400mm bigger but still lighter than the bison.

Hi Stephen, how does it compare to the Bison? I'm now considering the Volaire 430.
