- RPM Powersports newly released their own CAT Delete with Electronic Cutout for the Can-Am Maverick X3! We got ahold of one, and can't say enough about the quality for the price. Plus, this thing sounds AMAZING. We timelapsed the install, got this thing outside to hear it rumble and ran some Dragy times to see if there's any difference in run times with the valve open vs closed.

It's one of those things... you aren't gonna leave it on all the time, but when you flip it on you just wanna smash the gas lol
Did you have any exhaust leak problems after installing this? I just installed mine and I’m having what sounds like an exhaust leak that I’m still trying to fix.
We installed 3 of them. One had a leak and it was obvious immediately. I'm fairly certain it was the donut gasket not being seated correctly. Took 3 guys cussing each other for a bit but we got her sitting right and sealed up eventually. There's only two spots you can get a leak and on both you'll know when you got it seated correctly.

So not faster with it open?
I tried over and over to get some kind of data that might lean towards even the slightest improvement with the exhaust open, but no... the times were exactly the same.
@@dtroff-road5427 you know what even with the exhaust closed it still is a cat delete so may not be faster but faster than without cat delete. Sure sounds cool though.

@@jaybricks1918 I looked into that, the amount of data those videos take is really high and my computer setup wouldn't have been able to handle long shots. But as we speak I'm assembling a whole new setup. So maybe the next camera purchase will be something like that.
