Running mine and love it. So badass to have a switch to go from respectful to rowdy!
Just Got my 3" Titanium will install tomorrow all the homies are jealous HAHA.. BOV already installed Thanks
Hellz yeahhhhh!
Badass!! Love your products have the bov and cat delete from u guys with an exhaust best sound👌👌
Your killing it. My dream came true 😆
just installed this today, seems to pretty loud sort of buzz from turbo area since the install under acceleration. is this extra noise just something that comes with this exhaust or should it be as quiet as the factory exhaust was in that area?
Check your heat shields on the turbo.
Sweet video guys! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Car looks great. Like your stuff too!!
Just ordered mine !
Damnit RPM!! shut up and take my money!!
Considering getting this for my Maverick X3, what is the bottom line difference or pro of going with the 3 inch model vs the 2.5 inch?
Deeper sound and better performance from the 3” systems.
is the heat shield needed with this with the intercooler tubes being kind of close to it? (your silicone tubes for your 120hp to 205hp kit)
Heat shields not needed
That sounds so good.
So just to make it clear. There is no need to re install the stock heat shield over this mid pipe dump valve? I just installed mine and got so excited I forgot to put my heat shield back in. It looks so dope in there I really don’t want to cover it with an ugly heat shield. I love the sound btw!! Thanks guys!!
The 3" does not utilize the heat shield that attach to the exhaust.
@@RPMPowersports great thanks. Also what is the downfall on running this pipe with the stock tune? Did I jump the gun or will my car lose hp?
@@braedyb51 You will pick up a few HP, but nothing to its full potential. Definitely won't lose any!
Is the 3 inch version an option for a tuned 120hp model or even be able to run on a stock 120horse model or is it more of an r or rr oriented exhaust?
An option yes, required, no. The deeper exhaust sound will still be had with the 3" no doubt though!
is any problem if i install this exhaust on my X3 if we going to mudding trails im worry about the water thanks
Is the titanium one worth it? What’s the difference other than the weight between the stainless and the titanium
Dimen , weight and bawler status 🤪
I have a 2023 x3 Do you need a tune for this 3 inch exhaust. There is no tunes for 23s yet
No tune needed!
Is a tune needed for this on mine 2021 ds turbo? Or should i just get the 2.5? and last question what would happen if i did run the 3inch without a tune on ds turbo
You'd be fine with no tune, but for best gains and results a tune is what's needed!
Does a cat delete make the factory exhaust much louder when running in closed mode? This would be perfect for places where I ride where noise is a issue.
By removing the CAT. the tone is slightly deeper yes. The 3" is out of stock but our 2.5" is in stock!
So the website says “no modifications” but this video makes it seem like the heat shield and hanger are going to be an issue. Which is correct? If I don’t want to modify the vehicle, is the 2.5” a better solution?
What it says is it will fit the MUFFLER with no modification. BUT we remove a bracket for the heat shied, and you can bend the shield down a little to clear the motor. To run a second O2 sensor you'd need to trim the shield. To trim any of the heat shield metal, you can use wire snips as its very thin. Most dont run any of the stock heat shields as the removal of the catalytic converter dissipates heat so well.
RPM Powersports Wow! Fast, detailed answer. Thanks!
@@bmonroe1 No problem! For what its worth there is only QTY3 3" E-valves left in stock as of now! We will have more in about 3 weeks when BRP delivers more brackets!
@@RPMPowersports ordered. Thanks!
Just put mine on !!!!
Does this void the warranty ?
No
I sent this on your youtube wasn't sure which is better to get ahold of you.
I have a 18 X3 Rc and I may get a tune down the road but for now, it's stock tune/motor/turbo.I have a 2020 air box coming and may do a clutch kit since I have 32" tires. Will I be ok running the 3" or I have to go to a 2.5"? I do not know if I will ever put a bigger turbo and I don't want to buy something twice but also don't want something that is to big for my needs and loose HP. Also, when will these be back in stock? I put my name on the list. I will send an email too just in case you don't see this. I know you guys are busy
Good talking to you via E-Mail!
So what did they answer you? Can you run stock with the 3,0 valve?
I would like to know this also
@@Pacopaco888 yes I'm running the full 3" e cut out and a exhaust. No issues runs great with the tune which I needed the add ons to run the tune. The cat back exhaust is LOUD. Don't let anyone else tell you different. With the cutout open it's louder. I only use the cut out when drag racing.
How's this work with a stock tune running wide open? I'm assuming the AFR's are effected?
this 3" version should only be used with machines with tunes, and generally speaking with e-85 tunes on up... so big turbo cars, e-85 cars, and built motor cars will benefit from this. For lesser power cars we recommend the 2.5"
Well crap I just put it on my turbo rr with no tune do you think it will be ok?
I am in the same situation as you, please let us know
@@MrCarpediempilot .
@@Pacopaco888 I have not had any issues!
what e valve do you use? thank you
RPMSxS.com! 2.5", 3" or 3" titanium!
Will your spare tire rack work with a snorkel kit on the x3. 20 model
Have never tested it on a 120hp.
Is there any heating issues because the heat shield will not fit?
We don’t run the factory front shield, and the rear shield gets trimmed to clear the E-Valve motor. There is less heat with the cat. removed.
@@RPMPowersports ok great thank you
Just purchased this exhaust and your charge tubes and BOV and catch can. Going to run it in Dumont this weekend. Super excited! She sounds insane with the valve open! The other thing that surprised me was it sounds good with it closed as well. Not having the cat is really cool. I did not put any of the heat shields on. I will see how that works out. Thanks for making such a cool product!
@@MrCarpediempilot so what did you do with both heat shields? And which one was that, 2,5 or 3,0?
@@vanillarabushka8324 I left off both the front heat shield and the back one as well. I could run the back one with just a little trimming around the valve. But the front ones do not fit because of the 3” pipe. I got the 3” e valve exhaust. It is really is sweet. Highly recommend.
So can you run this on s 21 rr 195 hp stock? I plan on doing a tune down the road a little bit?
Yes sir!
RPM Powersports thanks I ordered one from you earlier, just wasn’t sure if it caused problems with the Afr in stock form
Is it water proof and mud
Yes it is
Do you have a dedicated installation video on this?
No video, but detailed instructions are included.
How much and does it help with the exhaust heat.
Any cat delete helps a TON!
It is a 195 Hp looking for a spare tire rack with a snorkel kit. I put a snorkel kit on the rc
This was a SuperATV one I cut down and modified.
Can i use it with stock muffler ?
Yes you can!
So what're we looking at for price?

Black Friday sale coming soon on these or nahhhh?
hmmmmm well have to wait and see (;
@@RPMPowersports I was just going to order one today but I have to be frugal with my money. So if I can save a few bucks in the next week or 2 Ill wait. You responded to me on FB. I asked about 2.5 vs 3". I'm going with the 3" so hopefully you do.
@@chicago1680 The 2.5 is out of stock for a few weeks, the 3" is worth it. The wait until black Friday will be worth it.
@@RPMPowersports look forward to it then and will order the 3". Thanks for responding so quickly I know you guys are crazy busy.
@@RPMPowersports It's Monday BF start yet lol? Ready to buy like NOW, I work nights
any dyne numbers?

We data logo all of our info, accurate dyno comparisons on cvt's is tough. For this machine we we're mostly impressed with the increase in RPM gains.
Damm I just order the other guys I would’ve bought this 3” instead
This I what I need next! Gotta make her sound nasty!
You'll love it!
