    Having 5 prepaid phone numbers is a sort of a blessing
    1- One for internet
    2- One for costumers
    3- One for family
    4- One for friend and
    5- One for annoyances
    And because I only answer calls most of the time and rarely make calls with approximately 10 dollars a month I keep 4 of them in service only paying more for the SIM in my pocket wifi for internet service. The convenience of having a dumb phone with 4 SIM card slots and using the smartphone without SIM card reduce a lot of big tech spying too.

Prior to that we never received those types of calls. We had to change our phone number soon after. My number was unlisted, I paid for it to be unlisted and we are convinced they immediately published it upon our switching to another cable service.

    If i have a prepaid burner phone, purchased with cash, and i also have a separate unlimited data plan for hotspots from a standard carrier, does the burner phone then lose any of its privacy by connecting to the hotspot, due to the KYC for carriers providing that unlimited data? Is there any way to have unlimited data through a personal hotspot, while also keeping your privacy?

    • @robbraxmantech

      Hot spots or LTE Modems are data only. So as long as you use a Virtual Phone then you should be ok

    • @utube7917
      @utube7917 3 місяці тому

      @@robbraxmantech i should be more specific and my situation has different issues for each device. When i say hotspot, i am including both hotspots and tethering. i have 3 devices with 3 separate unlimited data plans that allow other devices to connect for data. One is a Samsung galaxy S24 Ultra cell phone, which allows tethering. One is a Netgear Nighthawk hotspot (the newer one). Both are on the At&T FirstNet network used for government employees, hospital staff, etc but 2 separate unlimited data plans, but the one has voice and text. The 3rd device is a Verizon MIFI device that used to be a cell sim card, so i can receive text messages.
      - I used to use my MIFI texts for 2fa, because it only received texts, but can't send them. The issue with that is the MIFI is using a grandfathered Sim card from a "truly" unlimited and unthrottled plan from like 2006. That sim card was previously in a cell phone linked to my identity. So all the data going through it is probably linked to my identity, right?

      @BillAnt it's the US "know your customer" laws to exert more tyranny under the typical excuse that they are fighting crime. Similar to CRS, which is common reporting standards used internationally. This way they can track who you are, everything you do, all your money, where you go, what you own, who you know, when, why and how you do things. It gives them your identity that is linked to all of your communications through the phone or internet, financial institutions, etc
