Having 5 prepaid phone numbers is a sort of a blessing
1- One for internet
2- One for costumers
3- One for family
4- One for friend and
5- One for annoyances
And because I only answer calls most of the time and rarely make calls with approximately 10 dollars a month I keep 4 of them in service only paying more for the SIM in my pocket wifi for internet service. The convenience of having a dumb phone with 4 SIM card slots and using the smartphone without SIM card reduce a lot of big tech spying too.
For as long as we have the option of using smafos without SIM cards. The noose is tightening around our necks.
BUT YOUR NAME IS TIED TO THE DUMB PHONE AND ALL OF THOSE NUMBERS RIGHT? ALSO, I THOUGHT YOU NEED A SIM CARD TO MAKE CALLS.
@@melissanative1799i want to know what other info can they get from my dumb phone other than the number

Excellent ROB! Thank you.
There is a saying i heard a while back from a wise old man . He told me when you really like an item (not a person) get a few.
One is NONE
Two is One
Three is Two.
So if you misplace or lose 1 item you have a second in reserve.

This topic about privacy is so dear to me especially experiencing violated laws from my landlord towards my apartment. Privacy is rare in this world. Thank you for the vital content.
Can you believe it's O.K. for NYCHA can illegally enter your apartments w/o no permission from the tenant?
I would get legal advice for this. That's violation of privacy. They should give you 24hr notice of then coming in, unless they think you are breaking the law ofc with search warrant in hand with law enforcement or someone calling to do a welfare check with an officer. I'm interested in knowing this in your state. Let me know. Have a blessed day 😊
NYC's legal system is a mockery of the U.S. legal system. I wish you the best of luck from another state though.
It's not called The PRNY (Peoples Republic of New York) for no reason! Sorry that you're having to go through this.
Read the small print on your lease, BEFORE YOU SIGN IT!!! chances are you agreed to it before you even moved in.
It’s pretty hard to run a small business well without a public number.
Why not have an office number. I mean most owners I know use multiple or even services like grasshopper to create a separation.
Landlines still exist too. I am unsure if that helps but if it does there you go.
Nowadays you can get an unlimited talk/text cellphone line for around $20/month, perfect as a separate business line, and keep your personal line separate. Also there are free virtual number options like Google Voice, 2ndLine, YouMail, or paid services like Grasshopper, etc.

In UK. I have discovered gov agencies etc. 5ell ur data . But won't admit it .

Not near enough attention on this.
I don't know if it's the case anymore, but years ago Comcast required $8 month to not share your VoIP number, name and address with third parties. When you had their VoIP service.
Many years ago I cancelled my service with them & turned in the equipment, within an hour of being home, my unlisted, non-Comcast phone number started receiving endless telemarketing calls. Prior to that we never received those types of calls. We had to change our phone number soon after. My number was unlisted, I paid for it to be unlisted and we are convinced they immediately published it upon our switching to another cable service.
Thanks for explaining this better, that it comes in as an app. Sounds great!
You the best .. Mr B. Thanks
Thank you Rob!
Interesting vid many thanks - I’ve been looking for a privacy focussed offsite backup storage solution for my NAS - maybe BraxCloud?😉
Thx Rob.
1. Do you have an option for a Satellite phone in the case that we lose normal coverage?

For some years now, I've been using nicknames, abbreviations, allegory, in my contact list. The information by itself is useless.
If i have a prepaid burner phone, purchased with cash, and i also have a separate unlimited data plan for hotspots from a standard carrier, does the burner phone then lose any of its privacy by connecting to the hotspot, due to the KYC for carriers providing that unlimited data? Is there any way to have unlimited data through a personal hotspot, while also keeping your privacy?
Hot spots or LTE Modems are data only. So as long as you use a Virtual Phone then you should be ok
@@robbraxmantech i should be more specific and my situation has different issues for each device. When i say hotspot, i am including both hotspots and tethering. i have 3 devices with 3 separate unlimited data plans that allow other devices to connect for data. One is a Samsung galaxy S24 Ultra cell phone, which allows tethering. One is a Netgear Nighthawk hotspot (the newer one). Both are on the At&T FirstNet network used for government employees, hospital staff, etc but 2 separate unlimited data plans, but the one has voice and text. The 3rd device is a Verizon MIFI device that used to be a cell sim card, so i can receive text messages.
- I used to use my MIFI texts for 2fa, because it only received texts, but can't send them. The issue with that is the MIFI is using a grandfathered Sim card from a "truly" unlimited and unthrottled plan from like 2006. That sim card was previously in a cell phone linked to my identity. So all the data going through it is probably linked to my identity, right?
Hey RB, Should I use a burner (for 2FA) on my VPN WiFi or via cell service with VPN app???
What the heck if KYC? KFC? lol
@BillAnt it's the US "know your customer" laws to exert more tyranny under the typical excuse that they are fighting crime. Similar to CRS, which is common reporting standards used internationally. This way they can track who you are, everything you do, all your money, where you go, what you own, who you know, when, why and how you do things. It gives them your identity that is linked to all of your communications through the phone or internet, financial institutions, etc
Thank you Rob. You accurately called Jan 6 a riot. That’s what it was.
The majority of other channels use the term “insurrection”.
To many, that distinction may seem insignificant. However it’s terminology that can either help portray events correctly- or encourage incorrect narratives that are often used by certain media outlets.
FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, I KNEW IT WAS A TOTAL LIE. THEY ARE CRIMINAL LIARS!
It sounds good, but I have a question:
Will your VoIP phone work in other countries than USA and Canada?
Will it work in Europe or Russia?
not currently
Rob. Will these numbers be accepted by organizations that don't accept voip numbers ?
You will find that the important ones we need to get accepted are accepted. The ones where it is not makes you wonder why you should be at those organizations. The two biggies that accept it are Google and Amazon. That alone is reason enough.
Will it work with Linked-in?@@robbraxmantech
Will the brax virtual phone number work with banks?. For example Zelle will not accept VoIP numbers.
The video already explains that you should not use virtual numbers with any financial company as it shows up in credit reports
Thanks! Was hoping to keep a phone number separate for financial stuff so as to prevent financial accounts from being hacked.
F. the banks
What happens to Rob's services when Rob is inactive for some reason? God forbid he dies for example one day we will die😅.
sorry, may be a stupid question for some, but what is "KYC"? thanks Rob
"Know Your Customer" Laws which means CHECK GOVERNMENT ID
Love the videos, but can't watch them for all the ads. Ironically, most of the ads are scams....funny how that works out.
Using your "real and permanent" phone number and email can be a mistake. Apparently, in some states this information can be obtained from your voter registration or driver's license.
I know one of the two DID sell my data, I just haven't been able to confirm which. Yet.

My question is, i need to give a phone number to my job. That number goes into my dispatchers IPhone's and such contact lists. So how do I present a new number to my company, without them placing it in a contact list, or company database, and associating it with my real identity?
That was discussed in the co-worker section. Either real or phone #3
@@robbraxmantech ok. I'll watch again. Thanks. 👍
At least when there were White Pages, the phone companies were sharp enough to let you pay an extra fee to keep your number unlisted.
where can i buy a phone
You were able to request NOT to be put in the phone book by getting an UNLISTED NUMBER I got myself a burner number with three number extensions - problem is, I tried to use one of my burner number at a site where I have an account and I could not set up another account even with this burner number - they said that my number already had an account!! WHAT??? So my burner number is linked to my real number - what's the point then? Just for personal interaction huh? The world is surveillance crazy and it is horrible - no privacy - no anonymity - it is very sick indeed!
I know it is so sick to be tracked like your cattle. Maybe you could try the Braxman $5 a month plan?

Remember, the goverment Was, Is and Always will be AGAINST you.
Don't buy online
Don't use loyalty cards in the shops
Avoid toothpastes with fluorid
Avoid all processed foods or mince meat, burgers,,,, etc
Meat, Fish in "supermarkets" are not good, eggs are fake made by hand in "other" countries
Cover your face (with hoodies) before entering the shops and when you are in the shops
At the ATM's don't let them see your face and use the knuckles to enter your pin, don't use your fingers, they keep your fingerprint
GET OFF FACEBOOK and all other apps(you know which ones, there are de-googled phones available from
Rob Braxman on UA-cam )
Avoid your phone as much as possible, turn it off, wrap it in aluminium foil and leave it at home
Don't buy anything "smart" devices and that includes electric or gas meter too, if you already have these devices get rid of it
Get rid of the microwave, it's poisonous
DO your own research
Question EVERYTHING
Use common sense (if you have it)
Triple A - Be Awake, Awear, Alert
Talk to people, engage in conversations, spread the word as much as you can
NEVER use self scan, GO TO THE CASHIER
Don't use "Scan as you shop" device in the stores
Don't be a sheep, of course
Don't be lazy
If you can, make flyers and give it to the small businesses, give it to the sales assistants
Use private auto mechanics for your car repairings instead "Garages)
Don't keep your photos, videos on your phones
If you buy anything from some shops which they ask your phone number, name,, etc, DONT GIVE it to them
Stand your ground
Cancel your "tv" licence , you can still watch your preferate channels
Avoid big petrol stations
Avoid Amazon and all other
Tell your "doctor mengele" to f@ck himself if he mentions the "poke" (jibby jabby)
No "mcdonalds" (where they serve you human,,,,) , no other shops/restaurants like that (research it, you'll be stunned)
Don't keep your money in the bank, don't get a loan (I won't get into details)
There are plenty other things you can do if you want to, and as Chris said -
UNITED NON COMPLIANCE .
.
Doesn’t solve the issue of sim swapping since the 2FA goes right to your phone.
My understanding is that Verizon at least tries to protect against this but i doubt it's foolproof .
SIM swappers need to know your number in order to do the attack. If you Keep your 2FA numbers private from most groups they won't be able to target you. In addition I don't know for sure but I think that some pre-paid pay-as-you-go plans can't even be SIM-swapped because they don't transfer stuff.
It's easy to understand Charlotte
Just like firearms, you think you don't need it in your lifetime, till that day comes you need it but you gave that line of defence away.
Don't be a naive person and take care of your personal (cyber) security.
No, it's not "just like firearms". Stop trying to crowbar in some wacky justification for guns. Most of the civilised Western World doesn't allow general gun use which means that deaths from shootings are far lower in those countries than in the USA.
"The US? lol
Yeah...because Texas is exact the same as California, Florida exactly like New York etc.
Dude... their laws and culture are so different from each other, you might as well classify them as separate countries.
It's the same as saying, European Union is a country...
Oh, and I went to the Netherlands where owning firearms are prohibited. Guess what? In Amsterdam, Rotterdam for example happens more gang gunfights than where I live...

Nowhere in the EU allows gun ownership.
There, do you see the pattern now? I kept it simple for you.
@@HomelessShoe However, I bet the entire Netherlands has far fewer random shootings than the USA does.
talk about the eSim technology
I think he has some videos on that. If you're not aware he's strongly against it as it is a problem for privacy since you can never "take it out" and are forced to use it, and gives a unique identifier.
