    And if you want to used the LPT printer port on a newer mother board, ASUS makes a Work Station Board line that has a 26 pin riser pin out on the Mother board and you can use a 26 oin ribbon cable from the mother board directly to a Breakout board or threw a LPT female to male socket.

    dear sir
    i would like to know if Mach3 can adjust a metal sheet in cnc plasma without adjusted it by myself.
    for example, if the sheet is inclined with respect to the Y axis, in this case can I identify two points in the Y axis, to tell the softwor that the sheet is inclined

    • @corvetteguy50
      @corvetteguy50  3 роки тому

      Moussa, thank you for your support. Mach3 can't achieve this by itself. What you'll require is known as a torch height controller. Its a piece of hardware that adjusts the Z axis height automatically based on the warps in the substrate your cutting. Thank you,
      Vince

      OD Guitars, thank you for your support. You must click on CONFIG button, and then PORTS AND PINS button to review the Hz of how fast your system is running. These buttons are located on Mach's opening screen as reflected in the video. The top left corner. Thank you,

    Sir when supply is on then brake is aplied on stepper motor .how can we remove

    • @corvetteguy50
      @corvetteguy50  3 роки тому

      Thank you for your support. This depends on the integrated brake its using, and you didn't supply me any details of the motor you're using. Typically the brake is activated when a set voltage isn't present going to it, and inactive when it receives voltage through either a separate power supply, or a power supply with separate voltage rail to support the brake. Thank you,
      Vince

    Hi. I have this issue with my cnc that whenever i start my dewalt table saw, the cnc stops. Then i have to reference it again resume the program where it stopped. I was thinking of installing a surge protector. Now that i have seen this video, i was wondering if debounce function can help with this issue.

    • @TheStoryist
      @TheStoryist 11 місяців тому

      You have EMI sir, and the electrical noise generated from your table saw is interfering with your CNC. Did you use double shielded cables as you should have? Vince I'm sure will help you.

    • @corvetteguy50
      @corvetteguy50  11 місяців тому

      The Stroyist is correct. Thank you for your support. Once I know if you're using the proper double shielded cable, and the shield drains are properly grounded I can work from there. A surge protector will do nothing for you. Thank you,
      Vince

      No I don't think so.

    • @kaeshur92
      @kaeshur92 10 місяців тому

      I should mention here that this problem happens only when the DeWalt table saw is turned on. We have other equipment in the shop, planars, spindle moulders etc. all three phase. But they don't seem to trigger this problem as far as I have noticed. Only happens when dewalt is switched on and that too when the spindle is running and cutting. What I mean by that is if the cnc is cutting something, say along a line, now it has to cut a different line for which the spindle needs to lift up move to that line, come down and start cutting again. If while cutting, the table saw is switched on, nothing, cnc keeps working just fine. Now when the spindle moves up, traverses to a different point, comes down, and the table saw is switched during this short interval, then all hell breaks loose and cnc stops.

      David,
      Thank you for your support. Please uninstall the software using this program www.revouninstaller.com/ (the free version) for a complete uninstallation, and then reinstall it. Make sure to copy your system's settings down first, along with users license. Thank you,

    A very good in-depth video I have been using Mach for over 7 years and have never noticed these settings. I am a hobbyist using Vetric VCarve Pro and an old Dell XP what would be a good upgrade. I have had my PC worked on a few times new HD now it is acting up again my PC guy says it is on its last days. Thanks for the video tutorial.

      Lou,
      Thank you for your support. A computer with an Intel I5, or I7 processor, and at least 8gb of DDR3, or DDR4 will offer a very smooth stable system. AMD makes some multicore CPU's that will work fine as well, but I simply prefer Intel.
      Thank you again,
      Vince
