If you work with PoE equipment you know that sometimes you plug the wrong thing in and it stops it working, well the unifi (Ubiquiti) devices often have the same protection diode that is real easy to change, here is a basic guide what you need to look for. you will need a soldering iron to change the part and you also will need a replacement diode, they can be found on ebay here item number ebay.us/x3r3ZG here
