- of Montreal are an iconic psychedelic indie pop band fronted by songwriter Kevin Barnes. Barnes began the project in 1996 and has constantly evolved its lineup and sound over the course of his 20+ albums in as many years. He thinks that visuals could be better, not music! :) , which hints that he might have a pretty good understanding of the lyrics = story, Versus just saying - "wow, cool eye-candy visuals, wish the music performance was better tho." , which I think you took his comment as - because otherwise - why so aggressive? :O :D
Anyhow - came here from Spotify to check that epic high note'ish chorus. Darn 21st century DAW VST miracles. :D
