It was, is and will be the best airplane for passengers. It's so much nicer than any Böing/Boeing or other airbusses. It's more spacious and more comfortable. I flew quite a few long distances in it and those were my best flights ever.
Used to pass under the airbridges for Lufthansa’s A380s, lined up at Frankfurt on Monday mornings. The one B747 always looked quite small compared to the 6-7 A380s l.
I don’t know why but this plane never grabbed me the way the 747 did. I still remember decades ago seeing one of the first 747s at an airshow outside of Toronto.
@@mstrmren because the aircraft is no longer in production. most airlines are getting rid of them and Lufthansas CEO said he doubts they will ever fly for the airline again. Give it about 5 more years and there will be no more a380's and 747 passenger jets left flying.
So is there like a club of plane enthusiasts that keep track of when planes lands? How are there always so many people at these. I’ve been watching these videos. I’ve never seen anyone watch a landing before other than military planes.
Love how the pilot tips the wings. It's a shame its life is short. You can see theres a lot of affection for the A380
Yup, the A380 program was a total failure for Airbus..
Yeah it's expensive with 4 engines, look at the Boeing 777, 787 and Airbus A330 and A350, 2 engines yet effective.
@Matthew Windisch
Considering that 251 were sold, of which Emirates bought 121 of them, calling it a ‘total’ failure is 🤡
@ESP87 Ah yes modern aviation: more economical and boring af 🤗
@Matthew 'A total failure' lol Do you know how to read numbers?
Should add a horn in every plane like in big ship for ppl cheering at landing
True ! 😂
Exactly my thought! 👍
The niose of the engine is even more Lauder than any horn 🤣🤣.
More like a old school bus horn lol.
lmfaooooooo xD

People here realized that the A380 is a humankind success, just like the Concorde.

I rode on it so many times to go to Frankfurt, Germany.
Now this time is over but the a.380 did a great job. Tumbs up if yes 👍
Nope. Theyre back. Lufthansa among others are putting them back in traffic😊
This comment didn't age well lmao
This is the same A380 plane I see in miami airport every year hopefully I get a chance to ride on it before it ends
not with Lufthansa anymore😔
@@phengeltheyre back now

Lindo vídeo ❤
I want to see it land at Denver International Airport!
Very beautiful Germen Jhazz Airport
Fantastic video my friend!
Nice catch
Surprised no-one shouted “The Germans are coming”
Shut up and stop reminding of old wartime stories! No one wants to hear them.
@@saba6502 it’s good to remind people about the past and “war stories”, we have to remember them.
Made in Europe :-)
Not anymore!
Da sind wir auch Stolz drauf...🇩🇪👍!!!

@@deannelson9565 That doesn‘t mean they weren‘t produced in Europe. Which you were clearly doubting in your reply.
Standing on Railway to watch the airway 😂
Can I know why it is such an event? Cause on that airbus is the logo Lufthansa or which is the reason?
It was the first ever landing of the biggest airplane globally, the A 380, in Miami ever.
Wow to me it looked like he was too far down the runway at touchdown...approach was too high...
nah..buddy you dont even have a clue. The Runway Threshold of KMIA RWY9 is very long
Oh, you're a fully qualified Airbus A380 Captain then are you @dapto234 ?
No, thought not!
good video - did camera man have the shakes?

Not to many a380s flying nowadays but my wish is to fly one from Frankfurt a.M to Rio :) Hopefully soon. (With Emirates)
