You know I've had a lot of fire pits and I think this one is up there as either my favorite or top 2 or 3 for sure. I'll be keeping and using this one for a long time.
I have been looking for a grill set to bring that wasnt an area burden and this looks exactly like it!! Definitially will be investing in the Flame version.!!
I bought the EMBER and added the cup heaters, the griddle plate and the fire mat. He's right it weighs so little and does so much, it even fits behind the back seat of the Ford F-150
It's been great. Minimal warping compared to other competitors and I still use it whenever it makes sense. Honestly, it's pretty great for such a small fire pit.

Their names are pretty funny. They are just so well designed and super light. Really loving it!
also you have enough room to have a small bar-Q tongs in the bag really easy to clean to
Yep, great tip. I love when companies don't try to skimp to save a few cents by making the bag so small you can't get stuff back in it.

I have one nice grill. Their customer service is bad my grill came without griddle plate. Emailed them twice no response ☹️
Maybe try a different method of connecting? I think I got some good responses via Instagram when I had some questions a while ago?
An update. Finally heard back from Otzi and they sent the missing griddle plate, all good 👍
