Spent the last few days getting rid of green water in the quarantine tank for the new turtle it’s cleared up a lot it’s not perfectly clear yet but we will get there
Hey mate the sunlight will be a bigger factor contributing to that green water than the nutrients. It causes no harm to any livestock anyway, fish love it because it gives protection and a food source (even if the fish don't eat the algae, critters do which the fish then eat).
Yeh I moved the solar panels over top to shade it at the heat of the day :) but sun is need for the turtles shell so it’s something that need to happen
