You could have used fleece back membrane, instead of buying the rools of TPO and Fleece separately. Gaf does allow wall flashings to be loose. Hung if the wall is less than 30 in, but if I'm not mistaken, Firestone recommends that all wall flashings are bonded in place.
The ratchet strap is for durolast systems i would not use it on tpo even if it looks nice initially, the membrane needs to be able to expand and contract with the weather and you have just hampered its ability to contract in cold weather and it will fail prematurely.
That's the first time I've seen the DuroLast style stretch used on TPO, rather than letting the sun unfurl it. Can you provide some intel as to why you chose that method? Saw you use TPO coated metal to avoid drip edge cover tape. That's the right way to go these days.
Nice. The video finally dropped.
Just about time, only took about a year
Looking forward to this one.
Yes sir it’s gonna be a good one
Nice work mate! Some things are very different over there
Hell, yeah if you got any tips or tricks, let me know
Beautiful work!
Good content per usual

Prefab durolast system. Not roll goods

Durolast mostly use the stretching tools on big pre fab sheets. On roll goods its not necessary just kick it tight.
Should just turbo poly seal the whole roof
I’ll get right on it my dad would be proud
Is that membrane a final roof material?
Question on your auto welder. Thinking of getting one for the convenience but do you always have to backroll the seam with it?
No, but I’m a psychopath
@@AllRoof. I can respect that!!
Walls are glued on mech fastened roofs. Termination bar is not sufficient, you have a air barrier behind the wall now.
It’s a recover
@@AllRoof. Bonding adhesive is still needed at the walls.
@@InspectorRoof bonding adhesive is only required on walls 18 inches and up
Need more videos y’all do a wonderful job!!
Check out my shorts I post one every day
