- This is a little video demonstrating A Mandolin. I just finished building this week, also with a little comparison with my 1988 Gerald Anderson, F5. Made in Winnipeg, Canada. #f5 #gibsonf5 #f5mandolin #hammtone #luthier #guitarbuilder #woodworking #guitarluthier #mandolinmaker

As I understand it, the Acoustic Shoppe in Springfield, Missouri is often looking for mandolins to sell, FYI
The Goertzen is superior in tone.. can't see the instrument in its totality.
The strings on the second mandolin look way beyond their prime.
I prefer fully fretted mandolins, no abbreviations or "scoops"
Just my thing.
The modern darker sound is cool but this woody bright sound is where its at!!
It appears to be well made and sounds great and you are a talented player, thanks!
Great looking instrument, awesome sound and, knowing Jeremy, well worth the price.
Sweet. Excellent sound and build.
Beautiful tones & looks, excellent
WOW!
That's awesome
Ohhh yeah!
don't see any link where I can get one

Yeesh, starting at $4800
Canadian $
Gibson's mandos start at $6000. $4800 CAD is a good price for a fully carved F-style made by one dude. You spend the time learning how to make an F-style and see how much you wanna charge for it-- a luthier still needs to eat.
That's actually really cheap in the luthier made mandolin world
