- In today's video, I go ahead and finally repair the upper heating element in my 2011 Saab 9-5. After that, I begin replacing the factory radio with the PX5 Android 10 Head Unit that is compatible with Opel/GM cars of this time. I ended it off with the reverse camera installation. You got me firing up my heated seats. I pulled the fuse 3 years ago because my passenger seat was stuck on, which is not useful in the summer. Can't tell if it's still stuck but will keep them plugged in for the winter, anyways. I see the passenger seat as a pizza warmer

I just purchased the same model and wanted to upgrade my head unit. After watching your install, I wondered what extras you had to order (the accessories you mentioned at the beginning of the video)? Also, I would appreciated it if you could provide to the link for the X5 model.
Hey, thanks for the video. Two things : I was told the radio physical buttons wouldn't work after installing this android unit, and the microphone/blutooth wouldn't work either. Can You confirm it? BTW, px6 is already there - way faster.
I did a video replacing the back seat pad. I had to take off the seat and the wires were also cut. Do you have the info of where to purchase the head unit?

Hey Kyle, this is great info. Were you able to bolt the screen to the factory panel or did you have to glue it in? Also did unit eliminate the indoor chime?
New to your channel but what I have seen really does not show the details of breaking down and installation of what you do. The details help others that have never done it the way to do it without breaking or messing up the various panels involved in interior work such as the new radio. The value of a video is in the detail not in a brief here is the issue and here is a abridged version of how it’s done. Hope I just caught the ones you breezed through. If not I will look elsewhere.

How do you know if it's the top or bottom heater? Mine is broken. The back gets warm the bottom doesn't. But the heated seats go off after a minute or so.
Where did you buy the radio and was it all plug and play
