    Just lay the underbase down properly. Double stroke if you need to. You don't need a roller or hothead. As long as the pressure and angle of squeegee is right and you have the right off-contact, you're good.

      Not at all, if your fabric isn’t good enough you always gonna have that problem, and you can see it printing the same screen on different fabrics in the job

    got the hothead iron and it doesn't seem to do what it's suppose to. Still getting a bad under base even after the iron going over it and it need a ton of tack on the pallet or else it will drag the shirt and distort the design.

      underbase has to be cured to the point of not being tacky.or try putting hothead in first head before the base it still flattens the fibers pretty well

      also try different temps and speeds on the hot head.
