Hey guys, I tried my best to create a video explaining alot of important functions on this custom firmware JELOS. Alot of this is not explained anywhere so I went ahead created a video explaining things a little bit better. This video was done on my Powkiddy RBG30 but JELOS is available on my devices and a lot of this will apply to those as well.

Yup.
Are you still having the issue until now?
@williamang504 ...yup.. it might be because Jelos also officially ended development. I have other handhelds that I have been messing with, but eventually I am either going to reverse the update or put ArkOS on it.

Guys, If your units came with a 2023 version of JELOS, and you updated to a recent version, then that might be the problem because they recently changed the rom structure or expected path in JelOS. As a test, go to the Jelos system settings and make sure that the "Auto detect game sd" option is enabled. Afterwards shut down the device and put your 2nd SD (the one with the roms) on a PC and see if you now have an empty "games" or "roms" folder. If you find it, and all your rom folders (named after each console) are on the root of the sd card, go ahead and move them into said "games" or "roms" folder. Boot the device, and see if the roms are now listed. Best of luck
Can you make the 2d box art bigger on jellos? I tried but didn't succeed. Also how do u remove the stars and game description? (Or can you rate the game yourself for example a game u love 5 stars and a game you kinda like 3 stars.. or it just won't let u do that? I wish rhey would have this feature and then you could also search and organize your games by rating)
How to display Full infos for every save? For exemple the number of the save in the menu With thumbnails (when you press bouton A). Ah yes, i have batocera but it s for me similar with jelos . You made great work javi. Thx
Are there hotkeys to adjust the scaling, like OnionOS has on the Myioo Mini +?
This is gonna be a silly question - but where do you add cheat files? I checked the TF2 card but there's nowhere to place them and I can't access TF1 because of the linux partition on my windows device.

Got mine for Christmas as a gift, but one morning I took it off the charger and no sounds or music in handheld mode or the headphones, only when it's hooked up to the TV, so I'm open to suggestions, because I am at a loss, plz help because I love this little thing.

You can put all games in a folder for full system search
Can anyone help me on why when I try to update my pow kiddy says “Verification failed” and then says update available. I don’t know how to fix it.
I noticed this myself too. This is something on their end. Im not sure there's anything we can do about it at the moment. You could just turn off the update notifications and then wait to see when we can update.

What's the difference between "Create new EDITABLE collection" and "Create new DYNAMIC collection" ?
Hello, I have the odroid go ultra, has not Wi-Fi, I scraped all manually, do you know how can I sink the screenshots?
You should really be using the built in scraper
@@JaviPlayRetro yes, but ultra has not wi-fi built in, cheap dongles does not work, looks like only odroid ones work, could you please share the root I have to place the screenshots, maybe that works
@lordferdinand85 Well, the images need to be placed in the roms folder with the system they correspond to. The sizing im not sure 100%

Lost everything from the SD card on my Powkiddy RGB30. Everything! How do I rebuild from the ground back up? I need all new game bios, emulators and roms. If I can't get it figured out I'll be forced to buy a SD card with everything preloaded.
Hey, my dude. Did you get this resolved? A lot of what you're looking for is just a Google away. My RGB is coming this month and I'm starting from the ground up other than just having the operating system on the card. I like to work from scratch to eliminate bloat in the games. If you are still looking for help and can't find a fix here or online HMU. @ravenwritindesk at all the social media places.
By the way jellos on anbernic looks exactly the same so you can update the title and description to get more views

after updating my rgb30 now the screen doesnt work. It turns on, the green light turns on, and the music plays but It just displays black pixels :) this is my first retro handheld and its a horrible experience!
I Updated jelos via RETRO GAMES CORPS Guide And All Game Music / Sound Went Away As Did All But 1 Of The 4 Themes .
In All Honesty I'd Just Leave It Factory
I also can't get either of my 2 rrgb30 to connect to any Bluetooth controllers
The brightness has been set to zero apparently is what is the cause of this and for future reference can be upped by holding select and press volume up button
@@desinho9 i tried that. I tried everything. I blasted my issue all over reddit for a solution and all the steps i took. Nothing. Using the shortcuts to change the brightness, blindly changing the brightness and ever other perameter, changing sd cards, changing os, checking the display ribbon cable… returned the device and got a new one and never had any problems. Apparently i tried updating to an os that did support the rgb30 but even when i reverted back to the latest that did, i still had a black screen.
