Fab tips. I love a short video like this. The simple things lead to bigger things. Magic.
That was a great lesson for the turnarounds thanks.
Don
Erich, you are the BOMB man!!!!!! Love your lessons as they stay down to earth and you don't go over my head. Thank you very much!!
YOU are the bomb! Glad you're diggin the videos!

Very nice Erich. Laying here sick with the flu and I could still comprehend it.
Thank you Sir,
Dave in the Adirondacks
This is one of my most-watched videos. I'm still in the beginning blues phase (I think I torture my guitar more than play it) and it's always a good reminder for turnarounds. I love your style and I appreciate all the free lessons. Please keep em coming. P.S. If I happened to win one of the guitar giveaways, you'd get a new customer (my father in law). Just saying...
love your easy to understand manner and your excellent teaching - thanks so much Erich :)
Thank you! Glad to help :)
thanks Erich! i am always keeping an eye out for new turnarounds to add to my arsenal : )
Thanks my friend :-)
Another great lesson, I'll go upstairs again and practice some more, thanks.
Awesome!
Nice turn around simple but effective. I'll put this to use. I've been on this Texas blues thing now. And am learning quite a bit. Different in country and gospel. And blue grass. Thanks,,,

I love this movable stuff! It frees you from having to memorize things in different keys. Or even from worrying about keys in the first place.

Lots of lessons with that Ben. More to come too since I am doing LOTS of tracks now for my www.unstoppableguitarsystem.com Just search "jam track yourguitarsage" on youtube.
Cool vid.
Thanks my friend.
Hey whenever I try to bend my string I can't seem to get a good enough sound or I'll hit other strings and it sound bad. So could You make a Video on how to properly bend strings?
Hey Eric! love your videos!
You've helped me refine my Guitar playing a lot and I'm very thankful!
I just have a little request,
Can you do a lesson on Who do you love by George Thorogood?
I've seen a lot of tablature but hearing it being played by someone would be amazing.
Thank you so much my friend! I will have to put that song on the very long request list :-)
+Guitar Lessons with Your Guitar Sage Thanks a lot! Looking forward to it!
You're so welcome my friend :-)
does he has any instructional video on that melody he makes at 3:15?
that sounded awesome!
Sounds like a blues shuffle; many songs use it and he provably has a tutorial, if not search for blues shuffle in youtube.
Do solos stay in the same pentatonic key scale as the song or do you have do go to the 4th and 5th chord pentatonic scales of the song throughout the riff? I hope I asked this correctly! Your are a very a good teacher thanks.
You can play a solo in the pentatonic scale of the key throughout in one position only! You can connect the second and all the five at ago! more over you can only target tonal notes during the forth and fifth chords! You can also switch to 4th and 5th chordal scales as chord changes!
Hey Erich, when are you gonna do some Bob Seger tutorials?
Indeed! I need to do turn the page at least.
erich you and the UGS have been so helpful. im learning in leaps and bounds. thanks so much
So happy to hear that Jeffrey! Proud of you and the work you've been putting in.
couldnt do it wo you and the UGS erich.
Thank you Jeffrey! Happy to have helped you!
Profesor :how you call that technique where you place one finger on the root note and then you alternate notes with another finger.I'd seen a lot of blues players doing that and is hard to find videos that teach you how to do it. You are the best. Hugs from Bogota Colombia.
You are basically playing a drone keynote
Your cool
Thank you Haneen! So kind :)
Nice! I’ve been scouring UA-cam to find the perfect turnaround in A. I should’ve known to come here first! Do I win? Lol
Could you do Rockstar by Nickelback? Please and thank you.
I will put it on the very long request list my friend.
I was just wondering if you could teach Big River by Johnny Cash, there is not many videos about it on UA-cam. Me personally I know all the chords but all the videos I have seen don't ever explain the strum. I'm sure it would be a great video.
Hey there my friend! The rhythm is 1 2 3+4+ just like fulsome prison blues. If you need more help with strumming, check out my explanation in my free video series at www.yourguitarsage.com/30
+Guitar Lessons with Your Guitar Sage. Okay thank you
👍
hi please can u do a lesson on how to play see see rider by Elvis presley
I will put it on the very long request list my friend.
It would be cool if u could make a tutorial on ace of spadesby link wray cuz I just finished learning jack the ripper btw i am 14 also rumble is the only guitar song tutorial for link wray
Thank you Nick. I will put that song on the very long request list :-)
Guitar Lessons with Your Guitar Sage k thanks for the reply haha
👍
I noticed sometimes at the end the last note you play of the turnaround is the open low E string. Do you do that no matter what key your playing in or are you only doing that because your in the key of A and it works for that key? Thank you.
It works for that key 👍
Do whatever you want to that sounds good to you don't follow any lesson rigidly
Git tabs for this stuff?
One of my pegs is loose. Is there a way to tighten it or do I have to replace it?
Typically there are tiny screws that you can tighten to the guitar. Then there's one screw that tightens the gear. There may be one on the knob itself as well. Don't torque them down too tight however. Just snug is what you want.
What is the model number of this Gibson?
SJ200
Thanks
Easy...
👍
👊🏻
top tutorials !!! but my english is not good
Can anyone tell me what’s the Chord progression in 3:15 please!!!!
Sounds like a blues shuffle; many songs use it.
Jorge Juan Thank you!

0:09 You forgot to shake the guitar neck. 🤣🤣🤣

Never once started to resolution through the whole lick. Solid for you, but ...

Neither, just zeal for life.

do me a favor teach one way first ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,do no confuse beguiners with 100 ways
...You should go to a beginner's course he gives....This is for intermediate players....Don't frustrate yourself with material beyond your level....step by step is the only way.
