Well done! Some items you could add to your shoe care kit: sticky lint rollers to remove dust from suede, leather glue (also works on plastic) and shoe stretchers with stretching spray. It might be a way to extend the life of shows that only have one thing wrong with them, whether you keep or donate them. Also, be careful with those plastic sheets in your boots. Best to put a couple of rubber bands on them first, otherwise they can stretch out your boots after a while and they might not fit your leg as well anymore.
For replacing those heels that are so comfortable, buy something from the same brand that uses the same last. You should be able to find the same proportion and fit this way.
