Thanks, so these struts don't have the three bolts on the top part. Do you recommend replacing the original with a loaded strut assembly or just replace individual parts? What brand of loaded assemblies do you recommend if you don't get it from the Dealer? Monroe, Gabriel...?
I did not buy Monroe or Gabriel either, has they cost too much. I bought jobbers (fake) has they will do the job. Car is 2016 120k on it, roads in Quebec, Canada are full of potholes. Save the money for alignments, tie rods, ball joint, hihihi 🙂
Why do you use a bent key to remove top shock nut and not a box, is there a particular reason ? Also, are there any nuts and bolts that need torquing, other than wheel lug nut ?
We did the job on both sides. Had to jack the brake table to align the bolt of linkage to remove and install. Everything went perfectly. Thanks for the lesson and video 🤜🤛

you can replacing complete strut ... i live in iraq we have only fake parts 😔 from china
