Welcome back to TrialTrialerMTB! In todays video we go over my 2018 Trek remedy 8, with a surprise thrown in at the end! I have now had this bike for 5 years (video filmed in september 2023) and a bike update video is long overdue! In this video I go through every component on the bike, explaining what I have changed, what I ave kept and how things in general have held up.

I thought it said "Trek Remedy 5 - year review" like you bought an older Remedy 5 and put it through the ringer . I didn't realize the title meant Trek Remedy 8, one year review.
I bought a remedy 5 a couple of years ago, and its plenty of bike for anything I will ever do.
Besides, it fit my budget at the time.
