It was to show that the weapon doesn't reflect rockets, but it absorbs them. The ball itself does the damage, and not a reflected rocket.

This thing is the best for tf2 zombies. It's like a short range homing weapon, due to the curve in it's electricity that makes it extremely easy to hit enemies at close range

The Short Circuit has probably went through many more reworks than any other weapon in the game.
It's the Pocket Pistol for Scout that has the most reworks.

Is this weapons damage increases overtime on the same target or it is just random bullet spread
It does the same damage, it just counts all the damage into 1 number. So if I hit the dispenser once, then another time it will say 2 damage but I have really done 1 damage twice.
Seems like you've never gone into settings, and for that never seen the option to sum the damage you've done into one number

@OfficialTF2Wiki i have a question for you, when i see your other video when you demonstrated the sentry gun. There is a thing i want help with, in sfm (SOURCE FILMMAKER) i do not know how to remove the rockets in the rocket box. If anyone else also could help or recommend a group or discord server that is good with sfm i would be happy :D.
I would reccomend going and looking it up, or asking in the discussions on the Source Filmaker page
Use this on close quarters maps, and see soldiers on the enemy team sending you death threats
I think this would be a better weapon if it I’d had the same stats as the gunslinger, like you could build mini sentry’s but they would cost 130 metal instead of 100
does this me, or the video is recorded in Direct X 8, which is very unusual (and not allowed) in these tf2 wiki demonstration videos

Actually the glove that engineer has is actually not a glove but a robotic arm which inside there is the short circuit . An why ppl thinks that inside engi's glove there is the gunslinger.
I imagine it as like John Silvers' right arm from Treasure Planet in which his arm is changeable like a Swiss army knife

This fill pistol slot for Engineer whatever he uses his Cyborg right hand
this is a good rework but valve needs to buff it overall, the secondary fire needs to have the metal cost reduced from 65 to 50 and it needs the ability to slightly pull in enemies like the orb spell.
That and just rework the entire primary fire, it’s one of the most useless things in the whole game
