Mechanical cow homemade

16" bike frames stripped down. Inner tube on rim for traction. Wired sprocket to spokes on drive side. Shortened chain, scrapped deraillers. Hung with ratcheting tie downs. Less than $100 total.

awesome, gonna get hubby to make me one :) for peeps asking what its for, its for training horse to cut a cow, the horse has to follow it back and forth, like its tracking a cow :) google cutting horses to see what cutting is if you dont know, very fun horse sport :)

how did you get the bike so it could go in reverse

You need to wire the inner-most gear (the large one) to the spokes using a couple of pieces of tie wire, or fencing wire so that it doesn't free-wheel any more. You need it to drive in both directions.
