      @@christinawill4886 Yes, they have 1. I don't know how to give you a link, yet it's a playlist and it's called "REFORMER WORKOUT PLAN 1". They put together a handful of their existing workouts and made it into a week, plan. I hope you find it. This video is part of it.

      Awesome! Hope you are enjoying it. Some of the workouts are more challenging than others but take breaks or do lighter springs that I suggest if needed😊💪

    I enjoyed the lunges for the inner thighs using the box! I can tell I’m going to be sore. Thanks for making this workout. 😊🙏

    I absolutely loved this class, especially with the knee on the carriage and one foot on the floor. I never thought to do it with the knee on carriage!

      Thanks for the kind words! That’s the best about pilates, sometimes it seems kind of easy but then your sore the next day. It just gets those small muscles.

      That sounds like an awesome workout combo! Get a good sweat in with the bike and then some nice strength/ stretch with pilates! Love it!

    Thank you for this challenging, with rewarding stretches, workout. It worked all my weaker zones (glutes were the hardest even with the blue spring on 😅so might have comprised the form haha). Love your intuitive queues, since I can’t always look at the screen I begin wondering if I’m on the right count and that’s when you say, “three more left…” 🫶

      Thanks so much! Greatly appreciate it! Happy to hear my queuing is on, cause I figure most people probably don’t want to look the whole time so I try to make the queuing detailed enough and throw in counts when I can but not overly talk. Haha
