Thanks for the kind words! That’s the best about pilates, sometimes it seems kind of easy but then your sore the next day. It just gets those small muscles.
Thank you for this challenging, with rewarding stretches, workout. It worked all my weaker zones (glutes were the hardest even with the blue spring on 😅so might have comprised the form haha). Love your intuitive queues, since I can’t always look at the screen I begin wondering if I’m on the right count and that’s when you say, “three more left…” 🫶
