No distractions on the platform! I do love music, and the good playing of musical instruments 🎶 but there is nothing which touches the heart like a Capella singing. Harmonies were great in those days - and great voices.
For many years, I was looking for the Hymn "Praise the Lord, Who Died to Save Us", today by the grace of the Lord I found it. I only had the music. I do not speak English fluently. I remember that a brother in Christ gave me a cassette tape when I was 15 years old, I had been born again and lived in Venezuela Puerto Cabello on Sucre Street (Calle Sucre), gathered in the name of the Lord according to Matthew 18:20, I did not understand the first part of the Hymn, My cassette tape didn't sound good. That's why it was difficult for me to look for it. Now that I am 51 years old, I already found the lyrics of this beautiful hymn, I am very happy to find this page on the internet. Music had impacted me in my early days as a believer. Now it impacts me more because I know what he says.
Wonderful Music. What a day to look forward to His Coming and The Lords return.
So beautiful thank you for sharing 😍😄with love in Him🙏🏼❤️
I have to visit one day. My great grandma came from Ireland. Beautiful country.

I sure miss this.

Amazing! Are there still gatherings like this in Larne?
The Larne conference runs annually in late August.
What year was the version they are singing from published in?
It would be the "old" Gospel hymn Book, i.e. the one before the 1996 revision. The date would be a long time ago.
@@gospelhallaudio ok. I will have to try again…Believers hymnbook app has two versions but neither have the How blessed are the Scriptures.
