The gift of the Steelpan was sent by God to Trinidad and Tobago and placed wisely into the hands of pure passionate humble geniuses .None so more gifted than Rudolph Charles, Clive Bradley and Artie Shaw. The late, great Pat Bishop arranged, drilled and conducted Despers' classical work. Her tireless genius was a major influence in all Trinidadian arts.
