DIY NOS Multibit dac TDA1387 x8 New Chassis

Finished the Protodac build and installed it all in a nice aluminum chassis. What we have is a streaming dac now based on the original Protodac build. Inside is a Raspberry Pi3 B a HIFIBERRY Digi2 pro board using for improved clocks and the Protodac hat. All boards separated and jumpers are run from the GPIO pins from the PI to the DIGI AND then feeding the Dac section the cleaned up I2S signs. Power is a linear power supply powering all 3. Very organic and natural sounding dac. Hands down the most natural sounding. Image separation is phenomenal.
Dac feeds into a tube pre/amp and into Class D XTZ Edge A-300 amp.
